Good place for relax.
Reviewed By JamesBond9999We have booked a villa to stay during weekend. We came early at 12 noon and going around the area to seeing the scene and nature beauty in this place. The house is super big with a private swimming pool. We enjoyed our relax time here.

Nhân viên ở đây rất nhiệt tình và tận tâm, phục vụ rất chu đáo, khuân viên sạch sẽ. Bể bơi ngoài trời tầng cao làm mình rất hài lòng, phòng hơi nhỉ nhưng cũng rất sạch sẽ. Ăn uống giá cả hợp lý và ngon, nhân viên tận tâm chuyên nghiệp. Nói chung mình đánh giá ca dịch vụ khách sạn mang lại.

Great location
Reviewed By AurelienSWe came to enjoy a villa during the weekend and it was easy to reach from Hanoi. The place is very safe with control at the entry and quick meet with an employee giving you indications. The place is really charming with a lot of flowers, little roads , a golf, the lake of course, etc..many little places made for nice pictures. We really enjoyed bicycling everywhere around, inside the huge resort. We tried the restaurants and the room service, not too pricey and it was good. We really enjoyed the Virtual reality games as we did not know about when we arrived .for a rainy evening its perfect as it closed at 22h. All the employees in the resort were really nice with us and the villa and pool did not disappoint. All of this has a cost and you'll also pay 280k/person to enter. All in all, if you can afford it, and get a good weather during your stay, go for it.

Reviewed By Mylan NService is lacking, no one was working by the pool when we went after check in. They brought us one towel and forgot the other. Drinks were terribly made , most of the things are broken or poorly maintained. There was a pool table with no pool balls. Instead of the bikes being places outside of room for guests, they were in the front of the resort which is inconvenient. The moonlight villa is just a room adjoint to another so called “villa” (im really how bad their regular rooms are). The place is moldy and run down. Landscaping is poorly done and looks like a cheap Vietnamese amusement park. Breakfast felt like a bunch of leftovers from the kitchen. Barely anything to choose from and even the stuff there was difficult to eat. I will not be recommending this place to anyone or coming back. Either you pay a bit more and try out flamingo or go for a cheaper place because it just felt like a rip off.
