?? (1) Fast check in (2) Food options, walking distance ?? (3) Really basic hotel room, for really short stay (4) Bad hotel room layout, with bathroom door unable to open fully (5) No drinking water in the room, as the hotel provided a glass bottle (hygiene) to fill water at the dispenser. No glass nor cup in the room, so one will need to drink from the bottle. Kind of irk, as we are in RMCO period, with COVID-19 still at large (6) Bed quality is below average (7) Hotel is above Watsons and 7-11, so expect some noises at night (8) The dressing table comes with a flimsy stool (9) The lift may not be sanitised regularly, at a glance on the lift buttons (10) Air-conditioner in the room blows directly to the bed and face, so could catch cold easily (11) The cleanliness of the room - spotted hair from the previous guests in the sink, toilet, bath area (12) Operator should stay at the hotel and see for themselves what are lacking - pillows, are they good enough? The toilet, clean? Air-cond, does it work the way it should be? The bathroom room, can it open fully?

Finding an ideal family-friendly small hotel in Kuala Lipis does not have to be difficult. Welcome to Hotel Bestari, a nice option for travelers like you. Hotel Bestari is a family-friendly small hotel offering air conditioning in the rooms, and it is easy to stay connected during your stay as free wifi is offered to guests. Kuala Lipis is also home to Clifford School, a popular historic site that is not too far from Hotel Bestari. Hotel Bestari looks forward to welcoming you on your visit to Kuala Lipis.
Stayed at Bestari Prima for 2 nights recently - there are 2 apparently, located quite near each other - bestari, and bestari prima. I was quite impressed. Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced too, i must say. Basic kettle, mineral water, tea/coffee provided, towels, liquid soap and shower cap for the bathroom. Theres a mamak stall and a chinese restaurant on either side of the hotel - and i think the mamak is open 24/7 so thats quite convenient. There is also this great restaurant across the roundabout - azmi ikan steam. Nice patin gulai tempoyak there. Must try. Epic good. All in all, nice pleasant stay, in nice, pleasant, clean hotel. Would choose again for future stays definitely.

A new, cozy and clean place to stay overnight or 2 nights in Kuala Lipis. I have stayed here multiple times whenever I visited Kuala Lipis. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast for free is offered for 2 persons. The shower has good, strong water pressure. Staff is friendly and conplimentary newspapers are provided if you so desire. Breakfast is average and simple, definitely not grand, but that's okay for me. It's not situated smack in town but very near town center.

The location is strategic. It is near to shop lots and clinics. The latest is Cafe Che Ngah which served delicious ice-cream and also food, just 50 metres from the hotel. Other than that, you may hike jog the Bukit Bius, also nearby. The hotel management should improve the cleanliness of the toilet. The toilet also very small for a room of 4 adults that I rented.

Went on Friday (without room reservation) and choose this hotel cause we saw people are setting up canopy opposite the street (2-3 minutes walk) which we assume it's a night market and we are right! Below are simplified comments for travelers: - PROs 1. Spacious family room with 2 queen beds and spacious enough for kids to run around as very affordable rate for weekend stay. 2. Amenities - 4 towels, 4 small soap bar, 1 bottle of 1.5liter mineral water, 4 glasses, 1 plastic jug water, 1 toilet roll. 3. Vanity counter with mirror and 1 wooden chair 4. Aircond (no fan) 5. Water heater 6. Free in-room wifi 7. Square TV with good Astro channels. 8. Good location walking distance just opposite of the road in 2-3 minutes walk - overnight market (pasar malam it's still operating when we left on Saturday afternoon) selling foods, clothes, vegetables, fruits and lots more - lots of shoplot selling basic needs - MR DIY store which there's lots of stuff you might need CONs 1. I think the aircond was not cleaned nor service for a long time as the flap filled with dark dust as we all sneezing like hell the whole night! 2. Hair was not cleared inside bathroom water trap 3. Water heater mouldy 4. Bidet hose filthily and mouldy 5. Bath towel too worn out 6. Floor mat place on the bed! Yes we pay very cheap rate but how does it take to keep hygienic: - 1. service/wash filter and wipe clean the aircond flap 2. change filthily and mouldy bidet hose We didn't complain to reception as it's only 1 night stay!
