I stayed here whilst competing at Bury Farm equestrian village, and was really impressed by the service. I stayed in the twin room which was basic but clean and had everything I needed. Really well priced for the room, with a warm welcome. I'd definitely stay here again if I was returning to the area.

The triple room was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The plaster on the ceiling was cracked and the shower was rather hit and miss in terms of power. The hospitality was excellent and the food, both dinner and breakfast was lovely. Really nice staff who work there!

Excellent roast dinner. First time trying The Dukes and we are very impressed. We’ll be back for sure. The head waiter was extremely friendly and informative, he did an amazing job. Very much enjoyed our Sunday roast today. Will easily become our go to each week.

The Swan Hotel Food by staff was by far superior in the county!!! Carla and Sharon really showed great care and attention for the customers. So friendly and really paid attention to detail. Sharon checked on us so carefully and ensured that we had general amenities as well as well as condiments and even ensuring small fork for the child WITHOUT ASKING. Sharon showed admiration for the catering industry. Carla being so young and showed honest love for her duty and really kind and generous. The team should be proud and it was clear from my feedback about Ed and his team that he understands the value and how lucky he is.

Single mum with two kids and met by the rudest woman on earth. Screaming at us before we found the entrance. Didn't even bother looking for it. Don't go near the place go find a nice human. So rude, in from of 2 young kids, we were simply walking peacefully to find the place. Disgusting human

We stayed in one of the recently decorated double rooms following a function in the pub and it was a lovely stay, don't listen to all the negative reviews on here. For a budget room its not going to be a premier inn standard but it wasn't far off it. The continental breakfast in the fridge was a nice touch especially with fresh milk for tea and coffee. The king size bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot! The furniture could do with an upgrade at some point, and it wasn't difficult to hear people upstairs but otherwise no complaints.
