Reviewed By Si Banteng BKamar bersih, tidak ada jaringan wifi, luas kamar cukup untuk tidur, bersih dan tidak bau, kamar mandi ada shower dan air hangat dengan shower yang lumayan bagus untuk jakusi, receptionist yang ramah walau pun terbatas, tapi parkiran kurang memadai dan jauh dari tempat untuk mencari makanan jika malam terasa lapar dan tidak ada room service

Reviewed By HadiH817Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, first night we choose deluxe room and there’s no fridge, hot water , tissue paper (which is very essential!). The 2nd night i choose grand deluxe with hot water but still no tissue provided! I just don’t understand is tissue in Lahat very very expensive? Overall the room on 2nd floor is cleaner and seems newer than the 4th floor. Choose 2nd floor for the best room.

Simple for a transit stay
Reviewed By Amadiga AWe had a good rest at Callista hotel. It was a transit stay during our trip to Medan. We had sahur at the hotel cause it was Ramadhan. The food taste good eventhough not too many variety. Overall it was a nice stay.

Reviewed By Osvian_Putra4 malam menginap di hotel ini, malam pertama dikasih kamar no 202, akan tetapi terasa panas menyengat dari luar di waktu sore karena jendela tidak menggunakan gorden (cuma mirror sticker) akhirnya pindah ke kamar 229, lumayan, walaupun tanpa jendela. Sarapan hari pertama kami datang ke restourant pukul 6.10 karena dijanjikan sarapan sudah ready mulai pukul 6 karena pada hari itu kami janji dijemput teman pukul 6.30. Tapi ternyata menu belum lengkap tersaji, cuma ada nasi goreng tanpa telor, kopi juga belum ready, roti saya lihat pemangganggnya bukan type toaster, sehingga lebih repot memasak rotinya apalagi jam/selai yang tersedia dalam kondisi keras/ulet karena sepertinya tidak disimpan dalam keadaan botol tertutup dan tidak proper pada hari sebelumnya. Lucunya yang ditanya petugas kepada saya adalah dari kamar berapa dan kupon breakfastnya mana, bukannya berempati atas ketidak puasan kami (2 orang dengan teman dari kamar 204)...... Tapi pada hari keempat kami menginap ketika sarapan kami disamperin sama salah satu petugas yang saya tahu akhirnya adalah petugas marketing yang cukup simpatik dengan menanyaklan kondisi serta keadaan selamna kami menginap. Lahat memang kota kecil, standard produk dan pelayanannya sepertinya mesti diupgrade secara berkala. Semoga hotel dan kota ini bertambah maju. Bravo Lahat.
