Reviewed By Marthahall RI made my reservations on the Marriott Bonvoy app since I’m an owner . My priority during any stay is my view and cleanliness .Before I arrived , I read here that the view is horrible and you don’t get what they claim. I wrote to Bonvoy and they assured me that all rooms are oceanfront .I was very skeptical .When I arrived , the entrance wasn’t really encouraging but as I learned , you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover . Rooms were clean , view was spectacular and staff was amazing . Pool was small but clean . You have to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach , because the place provided none but it was fine .I requested extra towels , front desk told me that I needed to wash them , but if you see housekeeping and ask them , they are very nice and give you what you need . Everybody was nice .Felicius, Michael ,Ari, Quen, Luida . I am definitely going back

The hotel was spotless, the staff attended to every detail, the manager Mr. Patel and front desk staff were accommodating and went out of their way to make all parts of our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if in the area-you won’t be disappointed!

Well, we had a similar experience with the freight trains wizzing by every 55 minutes...11 times from 8pm till morning.....It's too bad because the rooms were very nice. I thought 3 pillows on each side of the bed was a bit in excess, but then realized at 2am when I hadn't slept a wink that one was for your head, and the other 2 were to cover your head when you heard the "ding ding ding" of the crossing bars being lowered.....then the bed shook for a few minutes....and then it was quiet for about 50 minutes when the next train would come by. Seriously, nice woman named Tammy gave us a tour, very efficient...but man oh man....that damn train. Wouldn't return because of it.

The Great Relax
Reviewed By Pathfinder800971I have to tell you, it's the old FL I loved and remembered. Sadly, the town around it is beginning to look like Miami is beginning to move north. This is a great place to fish, the grounds are beautiful and we never even looked at the television. The view was entertainment enough. Is it the Ritz Carlton, goodness no! It doesn't purport itself to be. The beds are comfortable, the linens doable and the kitchen more than adequately appointed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the place was clean. We had the 4 bedroom house, which is great for a family (or 2) with kids. We were there during Spring recess and despite the kids being lost in paradise, the cabins are so spaced, no threats of your privacy being invaded. A suggestion would be to bring your bikes and beach chairs for outdoor seating. Loved it and hope to return shortly.

Reviewed By HmpostVery clean, comfortable rooms with a convenient location. You can walk a few blocks in either direction for restaurants, coffee shops and bars. I would recommend they add hooks in the bathroom for wet towels... other than that it met our needs for the weekend!

Caribbean Shores Waterfront Resort is a newly remodeled boutique hotel with modern upgrades, but old Florida charm. We offer 22 units, including 18 spacious rooms and 4 unique cottages. Situated on the river in Jensen Beach, Caribbean Shores is centrally located to the downtown Jensen area with multiple dining and entertainment options, as well as beach access and loads of waterfront activities.

Reviewed By Kayk20144Beware!!!! I’ve waited to write this pondering if I should, And if you book through Airbnb the “Host” changes to/from different hosts. My stay went from Tina to Tom. I assumed someone was renting their private bungalow, not a business & part of a resort, but that wasn’t the issue. I messaged Tina, and never received a response. It was nothing major, but a reply would’ve been appreciated. Tom must need some happiness in his life or a vacation himself! He walked by daily for a week and never once said good morning, evening or even smiled. I’m not the one who wrote a bad review, however, I should have!! I don’t want to share details, but I left the place as I arrived, clean. I’ve been staying with Airbnb for years and have all excellent reviews, and comments, but Tom tried to tarnish my good name with a bad review, and his is the only one. It won’t affect my rental capabilities, but he must’ve gotten some satisfaction by doing so. I’ve read other guests poor reviews, and believe them, and some were specifically about Tom. Based on my experience, this is not an honest business. I’m not upset about the few towels, I brought my own. The best thing is that I had the best week I’ve had in a long time, I didn’t let him ruin my experience after such a wonderful, joyous , incredible week in Jensen Beach!!! I’m only being truthful, and hope to save someone else from possible excess charges or getting kicked out like the other folks have experienced.
