Reviewed By Lori8588We booked this “resort” based on the VERY outdated photos posted through the travel site. The pool area is very nice and as shown however, the room is a dump. Very dated, no amenities and the one night we did stay, there was barely enough water to shower and not enough to wash my hair. The staff are extremely nice but the so called resort, is barely a 1 star. Feel like we wasted a day and night. We were originally booked for 3 nights but couldn’t wait to get out of there. The rooms definitely need a major upgrade!

The spot also is the best from Cartagena islands..maybe sometimes the drink delivery is delade, but maybe it is because of us who are “dealing” with the drinks very fast..Very happy that I stayed here!????????????

Reviewed By Ann CMaybe I could recommend this if it were $30 -- maybe -- but it is a lot more. Beach is not great, but OK. Hotel looks like a concrete jungle -- room has one small window and no view. Looks like it was an old boarding school dorm or something. Food was OK but greasy and bland (e.g., white bread, not even toasted). We didn't have water for 2 days (and times without electricity, but never too long). The second day they brought me a bucket of water, so I could take a bucket shower. But, they didn't the first day because you needed to ask for it. Staff is great!!

Reviewed By Go09223339953Be careful if you rent the jet skis. Had one of the locals in the water and he said my girlfriend almost hit him with the jet ski. He was just lying to try and extort money. Staff didn’t really care that he was carrying on and making a scene. We just ended up leaving. Beside that. Food was horrible and cold. Bathrooms are a complete disaster and probably only get cleaned once a week. Definitely would not return.

It will be by motorbike as there are no cars on the Island. Would not recommend traveling at night as the roads are not paved and poorly lit. Also recommend bringing U.S. dollars to tip if you don't have pesos.
