Pilgrim hostel dedicated to Art. comfortable wooden rooms. spacious kitchen, garden, library and small painting area.
Albergue San Miguel was such a welcome respite after a long day’s walk. It immediately felt like home as soon as we entered. Arturo and Piera are the loveliest of hosts, and did everything possible to make out stay comfortable and made us feel like family. The entire albergue is spotless, the shower facilities and restrooms sparkling and very user friendly. The kitchen is huge and has anything you might need to make yourself a meal or just a cup of coffee or tea. The back patio garden area was the perfect place to sit and relax after walking the Camino all day. The beds are very comfortable too! And if you’re up for it, and like to paint or draw, they have everything you need to create a piece of art as a memory of your Camino. My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Albergue San Miguel. And Arturo and Piera are really fantastic hosts.

Nstra Snra de Lourdes is in the heart of Hospital de Orbigo a stage of the Camino de Santiago. It's an ideal place for resting, due to its stillnes and silence. Opened in 1974 and recently refurbished, the Centre for Rural Tourism SERVICES: Rooms with bathroom. Rooms with disabled adapted bathroom. Living room with TV and fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen. Spacious dining room. Garden with barbecue Other services:Breakfast(3e)Menu of the day(lunch or dinner(10e)
This Rural Casa is a hidden gem. Maria, the owner could not do enough for us and the rooms were spotless. I don't think in 40 nights on the Camino we stayed in a cleaner place. Inside is a completely relaxing setting where there is no rush. Both the inside and outside courtyard offer a chance to unwind and let the blisters heal. The food served (dinner and breakfast) was outstanding. I would highly recommend this location to anyone whether walking the Camino or just travelling.

Offering our clients a romantic and comfortable accommodation that will yield the best facilities and services at a fair and reasonable price.
Wonderful breakfast (best I've had in Spain), comfy beds, nice large hot shower, hosted by a very nice couple in a beautifully restored home with wood floors and 200 year old staircase. Will come back with my wife.

The El Paso Honroso Hotel is ideal for a stopover and provides business and private travellers a welcoming break during their journey. The spacious rooms are decked out in cheerful colours and feature a plain, wooden decor. At the on-site buttery and restaurant, guests can feast on a great variety of regional dishes. Placed right in the Way of St. James, we offer silent and comfortable bedrooms to pilgrims. Furthermore, we have an official long-distance buses box office. At a short distance from the Orbigo river, the El Paso Honroso Hotel is the perfect meeting point for fishers. The hotel even has a shop and a museum devoted to the fishing world.
The location is near the Camino de Santiago. It is a short stroll to the village and its restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. My bike was safely secured overnight. The room was of a decent size. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. I had no complaints.

La Encina is a busy bar and restaurant just off the Camino with an albergue business on the side. The bar seemed particularly busy at the time that I arrived meaning that guests had to wait a bit for attention at check in. I didn't mind because it isn't as though the proprietors were ignoring me. Rather they were racing around trying to satisfy multiple customers. Once checked in my private room was somewhat bigger than others I have had with twin beds, desk and chair and closet plus flatscreen TV. The mattress as very comfortable. The bathroom was small but the shower enclosure was a bit larger than some of the very tiny ones I have had in Camino hotels. The wifi worked very well both in the room and on the terrace tables out the front of the bar. I had a pilgrim's meal in the evening that was substantial, well prepared and well priced. My only complaint concerned the heating. It was quite cold the night I stayed at La Encina but the heating was on just fleetingly in the late afternoon and then not again that night or in the morning when it was 6oC and very cold in the room. Overall, La Encina is a reasonable option for a night when walking the Camino and I would stay there again but perhaps not during cold weather.

On y trouve plusieurs restaurants.

Located in the "way of Santigo" on the Roman Bridge, all rooms overlooking the bridge and the environment of the medieval fair, rooms with bathroom, bathtub, TV, Wifi.
The owner seems and appears to be a very "particular" person, he is quite rough around the edges, but with us everything went well with. We only stopped here to eat and to have a beer, but if you are only there to get a beer, you will definitely get booted by him. The food was good, I had solomillo and my wife grilled mushrooms, but oddly enough the best was the french fries which were the best I have ever tasted!
