Visited this Village hotel when it first opened and went back again. The staff were very polite and attentive, the food in the restaurant was very good, along with breakfast the next morning. Very good throughout and we'll definitely be back.

Perhaps you're cruising off on a round-the-world trip, or you just want to look around the gems of the South West. Premier Inn Hotel Southampton (Eastleigh) is your ideal base whether you're travelling by boat or plane, or exploring the byways and highways. Explore the 440 acres of beautiful water meadows and woodlands of Itchen Valley Country Park. Or browse the 100+ shops at West Quay shopping centre. Touch 40mph at Go Karting Southampton, or go back 90 years at the Eastleigh Museum. If all that tires you out you can count on some great food at our Table Table restaurant, and a lovely comfy bed.
From our arrival we got a warm friendly welcome from Athena. Jack in the restaurant again was so helpful. They were both so helpful due to a sick child and made everything easier for our group. The hotel is well placed. Clean and good soundproofing as on a major road.

Booked this hotel through peppa pig world as it looked the closest to the park and it had a pool. 2 night break with park tickets. The hotel is situated in a fab area, 10 to 15 mins ride to the park. There is an asda superstore down the road with a McDonald's. Check in was a breeze, staff very friendly and goes through all you need to know and your off to your room. Room as a little small compared to other hotels we have stayed in but it was clean, double bed and a put up bed for our 3 year old which she loved. Tea/coffee facilities, no fridge. Bath /shower. It was comfortable. Could do with a lick of paint, other than that it was cleaned daily. We booked the pool for the two afternoons and it was amazing our little one loved it. Play room was fab, popped in a few times , great facility to keep little ones entertained. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of choice, cooked and cold. Fruit, yoghurts etc. Great choice for kids also. We booked evening dinner on the last night and the menu was great, quite a lot of dishes to try out. The staff cannot do enough for you. Was great kids buffet was great, our little one is so fussy and she loved it. Pizza, chicken nuggets, sausage, veg, potatoes, chips, fruit cake . Over all we had a lovely few days away and we would definitely book here again if we went to peppa pig world ( which will be soon enough as 2 days don't see everything) Highly recommend this hotel for families

As you come up or down Twyford Road look for the large Harvester Sign and you gain access to us by entering through The Harvester and follow the road round.
These days Travelodge is often very basic accomodation. If you don't expect too much and don't pay too much you won't be disappointed. This particular hotel was poorly signed and VERY hard to find at night. The glossy and new Travelodge hotel in the town centre looked nicer but didnt' offer parking.

Spotlessly clean accommodation with very friendly hosts. Ideal for a night's stopover walking distance from the centre of Easlegh and the train station. Motorway links close by as well as Southampton airport. Was no en-suite with the room I stayed in but the toilet and bathroom was right next to the room. Excellent cooked breakfast. Key supplied for those staying out late. Overall excellent value.

Long weekend camping trip: Arrived Friday and given a small field to ourselves as the main camp site was full. Short walk to the fresh water tap, and a portaloo were the only facilities but the views were amazing. Farmhouse with pigs, goats, chickens and majestic horses in the foreground, rolling fields and a wood beyond. Collected some wood for the first evenings campfire then visited a local pub for dinner. Saturday morning's wake up call kindly provided by the cockerel and we then set off for the famous Eastleigh to Winchester Walk via the Itchen Way. Packed up Sunday morning and sent off on our way with some fresh eggs. A great weekend back to nature.
