One luxe and one classic and you will need to measure in cm to find out if luxe is really bigger. For me this is stealing money. Restaurant food ok. Breakfast rather poor. Toaster but no roast. Opens at 8:00 but eggs etc arrived at 8:30… Conclusion: you pay too much and get too little

You may ask for a room on the garden side as the neighborhood is noisy in summer and you could have to choose between a hot temperature in your room or some music and loud discussions until 4:00am (no A/C in rooms). The restaurant is nice but the service could be much better: no eye contact, we waited 12 min before being seated - the waiters were crossing the dining hall without any attention to their customers, etc. So if you are looking for a cheap night, it could be perfect. Romantic travelers will choose another place.

Lovely place to stay

Patricia and Brice are very friendly and welcomed us into their beautiful home. We stayed in the Lavende room, stylishly furnished, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom and overlooking the big garden. After a good night sleep and a delicious breakfast prepared by Brice we were fully restored for our visit to the Chateau de Cheverny. Fond memories of Oslo the dog and the friendly chickens in the garden. Would definitely return.

Welcome at the Clos des PerraudièresOpen throughout the year, we are to be found between Cheverny and Chambord, bordering the Sologne and located on the cycle route "châteaux à vélos" n°6.Le Clos des Perraudières has been completely renovated true to the local style of the Sologne. There is ample parking in the private courtyard.The accomodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room.The private garden, near to local woods, offers you delightul shade so that you can profit fully of your moments of quiet.We hope to see you soon at the Clos des Perraudières.

Reviewed By Inka14We stayed here en route to Paris and we loved it. Quiet, calm, charming, beautiful setting and gardens, the house and bedroom were very comfortable. Our hostess was very friendly. Really near Cheverney, Chenonceau, Chambord chateaux ... Lots of information in the guest house on local restaurants, things to do, maps .... The best thing about the stay though was the breakfast - all home made: cake, jams, the most amazing yoghurts, great coffee ...We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would love to go back soon.

In fact if you get the bedroom downstairs you'll have to cope with tiny toilets (impossible to close the door), a noisy and short bed, the swimming pool will not be available but do not worry the owner will consolate you with a glass of poor local wine. Try to avoid- there are better places at a much, much lower price.

Quaint place on nice farmland
Reviewed By Beally87Really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet location and very pretty. The host Anne was fantastic. She made us feel very welcome and had lots of local knowledge and made great efforts to speak English, as our French was non existent! The room we had was basic but had everything we needed. The mattress was really comfy! Breakfast was classic French breakfast each morning so coffee and croissants and bread. Lastly. There was a lovely friendly dog on the farm who we adored!
