Reviewed By Nurshat MLast days of December İ was in Jannat Resort hotel with my sisters . Want to mention that location is very good the nature is amazing especially pool with the view of nature !!! Awesome!!! Swimming pool was also good , clean and fresh bathrobes and towels. Tasty kitchen in pool bar is amazing by the way big thanks for Chief for cheesecake surprise because it was my birthday party. The most favorite place is of course Winter Garden!relaxing music enjoyed really. ? Want to be there again?

Reviewed By Guide61947367846We have stayed 2 days, the service doesn’t match with 4* neither 5*, if you coming expect the following level of service 1. No bellboy at the entrance 2. If you stay 2 days the 3rd day at the pool extra charge per person. - going to pool you should carry from your room towel and towel gown, because pool towel service for people who come outside for pool acces day. 3. The restaurant service at the pool , it’s another level of story. Never can catch the waiter, if you do you gonna wait for them it’s takes 2 hours I swear it’s true was happening with us All team are not professional, seems no any training been done for them before hiring or.. English speaking is only reception 4. If you stay 2 days keep using same towel , gowns everywhere as there no cleaning during your stay. Don’t know what gonna happen until we check out 5. Breakfast do not expect somebody will serve you, NO one will, you gotta serve yourself and put your food in tiny plate. Coffee lovers- you gonna enjoy Nescafé.

15 original designed two-bedded cottages are located in "Kara-Bulak" eco resort. Every cottage is equipped with bathroom, Tv set,under floor heating,Wi-Fi Internet, mini-kitchen. And also will see myriads of sparkling stars due to special celling with glass "tunduk"
Ideal secluded resort! exceeded expectations
Reviewed By Zara OKara Bulak is quite secluded to get too - there is a lot of bumpy winding road that goes high up into the hills (don't look down) but once you are there it is worth it. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a double bed, plus a single bed. Beautiful bathroom and under floor heating. The glass roof to see the stars and night sky was not clean enough to see the sky. The price includes full board as you are so secluded you can not pop to a local restaurant for food. All meals were plentiful and delicious and often included 2/3 courses, bread, tea and sometimes a juice drink. Bring your own alcohol if you intend to drink. We even requested one lunchtime the food be brought to our balcony to enjoy, instead of sitting in the restaurant. The staff are so helpful but keep in mind I needed google translate app to communicate with most of them as I only speak English. The Sauna experience was brilliant! we had a late night 11pm session and paid for additional hot baths - you can choose from two different scents for the herbal baths. The next day we enjoyed the baths so much we paid for 1 herbal bath without the use of the sauna. We also did a guided horse ride to the panoramic view which was brilliant. We even decided it would be a brilliant wedding venue! 13 rooms available for guests, a large dining area and field space for wedding festivities would be ideal. I would definitely recommend.
