ocated in the heart of nature, “L’Heritage” is built around one of the oldest stones used to build the city of Souk Al Gharb. L’Heritage Resort embodies the spirit of its land with a mystifying view of the sunset that can only be seen from the resort; an omnipresent scene that captivate the scenes. The project is a profound fusion of many aspects of our country’s cultural and natural background with modernity and event – gardism in resort management and resort services. L’Heritage is your perfect destination for the wedding of your dreams, with its superb venues, its breathtaking view and its wide range of services you will need nothing more but pronounce you I Dos
We went with family and friends to spend a day for swimming. Excsllent view excellent staff excellent service. Very quite and relaxing . The food was delicious and affordable prices comparing with other resorts and beaches in lebanon. Very clean toilets, spacious and clean area for showers. I realized that i forgot my phone on the dining table and i rang i found that the staff kept it in a safe box waiting for me to collect it. I tried to givd hkm money for this service he replied : it is my job. Very nice nights programs in the restaurants during the weekend. I found this resort very luxury and very affordable in the same time.

1) Upon arrival , the room was DIRTY. 2) When asked why the rooms was dirty they explained that they do not clean room, only upon request. 3)The hotel has one phone line for the whole hotel. 4) When the water got cut off that was the final straw. 5) Hotel is adjacent to clubs , loud music all night during the summer , right out of your window! Don't bet on sleeping. 6) BTW wifi cuts off every few seconds... this place is a winner. 7)They offered an upgraded room that ended up being far worse then the original. Manager has no sense of business and hotel management skills. Ending up getting a refund and leaving that awful place.

Close enough to walk to the action, far away enough to have a sound sleep at night. Loved the atmosphere. A huge apartment which is close to all amenities you may need. A supermarket in the building, hairdresser 10 feet away, street food all along the road. Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel between August and September for a family get together. We reserved 2 apartments to accommodate the family and stayed for about 9 days. The apartments we stayed in were spacious and clean. However, not particularly well equipped beyond the bare minimum, we had to keep requesting cooking utensils and cutlery...etc. from the front desk. Accommodation is clean but maid and cleaning services and rubbish collection are irregular and a bit haphazard. So be prepared to do some cleaning yourself. Views from apartment are stunning and breathtaking. Bhamdoun weather is fantastic with a magical mountain breeze. Front desk and management are friendly and responsive but could get busy and flustered and might forget your request. Bhamdoun itself is below basic in terms of its touristic attractions and services and quite gritty. It's past glory which you read about online is long gone. Further down the road is Aley, which is good for shopping, food and restaurants. I would not be fooled by its past reputation as being a summer resort. All long gone. All in all, consider this place if you like a dead quiet holiday with a spacious accommodation and perfect escape from summer heat and humidity closer to the sea.
