I went to this cafe to have a breakfast. I asked for a greek coffee (with my breakfast) but the lady who served me said they couldn t do it because they only had one gas for cooking..we were only two customers(!!) And really how much time you need to make a greek coffee ..3 min? Plus I ordered an orange juice additionally (that cost 3â¬) and they brought me the small glass of the breakfast's..other than that it was nice n tasty

We werenât sure what to order, and our wonderful server steered us towards their house specialties. I had the stuffed pork which was the most delicious meat I have ever tasted! The house made wine was delicious, but strong! One glass will be enough...What incredible service and hospitality! We have been here twice during our stay on the kyklades. We have been to many tavernas and also more upscale restaurants but Taverna Faros was our favourite. They serve organic food which is simple but outstandingly good. We shared the Mezes and everything has been so good! As a vegetarian I was able to choose from a big variety of plates and each time we were barely able to finish as the portions are really generous. We also loved that they offer a mixed plate of creams like Tzaziki, Eggplant salad etc unlike most other restaurants where you usually just choose one because it would be too much otherwise. We highly recommend to try the naxian potatoes with Oregano, Thyme and Feta. That has been the best meze dish so far and is way better than the usually fried potatoes. Also, everybody has been so nice and the service of this family run business is just as outstanding as their food.

Was there a few days ago with friends enjoying the sun, sea and seafood. As our aim was to have seafood cuisine and that was exactly what we had. I highly recommend Guna which is a mackerel dish, marinated octopus and mussels. Seriously amazing! The octopus was cooked very well. The balsamic in the salad that we had tasted like there was a hint of coffee in it. Was delicious. My favourite was the Guna fish.

Although it is a beach bar restaurant, Tohu exceeds by far its category, with dishes who surpass the quality of a good restaurant combined with a pure Greek hospitality (credits to the beach girl) making us fell comfortable all day long. We have eaten here many times over the last five years and the food has always been excellent. A really nice relaxed atmosphere and the sunset views are amazing. The Moustakis family and all the staff are really nice and friendly too. We will definitely be back.

We had the âbriamâ (something like ratatouille)and the soutzoukakia with fries (meatballs) along with traditional naxian cheese and pita bread. Then baklava with ice cream for dessert and watermelon. Every dish I mention was better than the other. We were told that all the vegetables are naturally grown by the family who owns the restaurant and who also runs it. A family owned restaurant with very fair prices and truly traditional food (I am saying this as a greek who lives in Greece). As opposed to many tavernas on the greek islands ânaxian gastronomyâ is the real deal.
