Great little lunch place. Good prices, homemade baking, tasty fresh food, eat-in or take-out, with a deck in summer. Lots of gluten free items. There is a daily special, daily soup, sandwiches made fresh every day, several healthy salads and the baking is all homemade -- the old-fashion cookies are especially great with a wide range of choices.Located in the Banff industrial park, this clean charming luncheon place is well worth seeking out.
Freshii is a health casual restaurant concept with a broad menu. We cater to all dietary restrictions. and preferences. Also positioned as the "ZARA" of healthy fast casual food, we deliver approachable, on trend, menu items with style!
After a long awaited arrival to Canmore I jumped into Freshii on opening day! Best day for me to judge a place. I was not disappointed!!! Service was quick, friendly, and the food was amazing. I've quickly become a fan of the teriyaki twist and the fact you can customize makes it even better. Wonderful location away from the downtown craziness. And the best part is no "canmore tax" on the food prices. This will be my go to quick meal!!! Welcome to Canmore!! Thank you for your glowing review of our location! We appreciate you taking the time to do so. We look forward to seeing you often!- Freshii Canmore

Located at the beautiful Canmore Golf & Curling, Sandtraps is open year-round to serve the needs of our golf & curling members and guests as well as the public.
We arrived on a Friday night, and signage directed us to the curling rink side, as an event was happening in the main restaurant. There were only a couple of tables in that side, so we thought no problem. It took quite a long while to get our drinks order taken, and then our food order took almost an hour. We had virtually zero customer service in that hour, and no explanation as to what was going on, though it was clear that the event side was being served. We learned that the event attendees were all ordering from the main menu, instead of having a few choices for such a large crowd. So our order got mixed up and delayed by the overwhelmed kitchen. When our food finally arrived, after my partner went to inquire about it, the onion rings were cool and greasy from sitting. My partner's dinner special was ice cold. This was primarily a communication breakdown and poor planning. Had we been told the food was all coming out at the same time on the other side, we'd have likely been accommodating or chosen to go elsewhere. Had the restaurant been upfront about the delay at that time, we could have gone elsewhere. I'm sure they wanted our business that night, but now, we won't go back.Thank you for your review, our apologies for the lengthy wait for a response. Our apologies for not providing the quality of service we are striving to offer. We have discussed with the team and will work to ensure this does not occur again.

I almost sat and ate at one of the fine restaurants around here. Boy, I'm glad I didn't. This small spot hit the spot! Spot on! Absolutely perfect for healthy, tasty, energy giving meal to power my outdoor adventures! Quaint tables and chairs in the shade at supper time and prompt service. They could charge more. Glad they don't. Don't tell them. Kevin

The guy who served us was so lovely. This spot is right in town so good location. Smoothies and juices where nice. My berry smoothie was a bit too sweat but that is just my opinion. The juices were really good I made my own and they are very accommodating.

Canmore's best-kept secret! I had juice nearly every day--everything I tried was fantastic and healthy and gave me a boost for all the hiking I did! I also had the salads and protein snacks--everything was so good. The Black Bean Fudge was SO good...I'd only buy 3 pieces at a time so I'd stop eating them! The staff was always great and helpful, and they have some nice discounts, like 50% off 3-day-old juices and $1 off when you return the empty glass bottles (bottles were very nice for packing in my cooler versus a plastic cup that you get other places). If you haven't tried the nutritious fresh juices, this is the place to try it!Not a secret anymore! We care about our customers and the quality of our ingredients... Thanks for taking the time out to post a review - we appreciate it! Hurry back!

My friend and I were so excited to eat this type of food. I also have been gluten free for 10 years and couldnât believe there was a gf restaurant in Canmore. It was so disappointing. The ginger beef was dry. The sushi tempura was tasteless- it just had tapioca starch in the shrimp. The salmon was dry and fair- it was over powered by a tamari sauce. The spring roll just had tamari dipping sauce, no peanut or interesting sauce to taste. What a fair meal and as one of our dinners out.

After walking through downtown Canmore we popped into this gem of a restaurant for a cup of tea, but after looking at their menu we had to order lunch. The order line was long, but moved quickly. The salads and bowls contain thoughtful ingredients that taste delicious together. The roasted tomato + pesto soup was out of this world.
