Located in the downtown area, CrossFit MINAMI was the first CrossFit gym to open in Osaka, Japan. Opening in early 2015 with a goal to lead its members to a lifestyle of power and health. With coaches, members and drop-ins from all over the world, CrossFit MINAMI is home to both local Japanese and international people. All classes are held in English and Japanese as well as adaptable to suit any fitness level.
Was getting in a couple of cf sessions while on 2 week vacation before the Open. Central location near Namba. Showers on site but need to bring own towel. Friendly trainer. 4 other local expats in the class. Pretty flexible on letting me stay afterwards to use open gym without additional charge. Coolest part is they collect t-shirts from drop-ins around the world. These are displayed as you walk downstairs to the box.

This kickboxing gym was founded in 2004 in the American Village in Shinsaibashi Osaka aiming to be the place that even women or beginners can comfortably enjoy working out. You can try kick boxing just like going to a fitness gym to release your stress or to control your weight. M-FACTORY Kickboxing's program consists of some great elements of Muay Thai and kickboxing.
