This small café is near Ueno station but a bit hidden. The staff was very friendly and the owls seem to be treated well. Instruction was given before interacting with the various owls on how to approach owls, which one can be touched, fed, and which one were enjoying a "day off". Feeding was possible at additional costs. Also, the owls were all friendly and the price reasonable.
