Restaurante con poco tiempo abierto y que ha resultado un agradable descubrimiento . Menú del dÃa variado y a buen precio con platos con toques innovadores bien elaborados y bien presentados . El local está bien decorado y tanto la camarera que ha sido superamable como la cocina han sido eficaces y rápidos .Habrá que estar atentos a su evolución y repetir visita por tanto Aquà te esperamos siempre que quieras para que lo compruebes! We parked the car and took a stroll the aim was to find some lunch before continuing to the airport at Alicante. Stopped here to escape the heat, it was mid thirties & early afternoon.I don't mind a bit of brusque Spanish service, got it here, we took a small drink & continued the search for a spot of lunch.

If you just want a competent meal, this is the place. No liquid nitrogen, no other exotica, just nicely prepared food. In my case a vegetable soup, followed by a very nicely cooked cod. All washed down with a nice wine they recommended.My colleagues were similarly pleased.Staff was very friendly.

Yesterday was our fourth time in this restaurant since they opened not long ago and surely we will repeat a lot! Amazing food and friendly staff. It's incredible to see how this new restaurant improves with each week. Finally Elche has a Japanese restaurant of that level! Anything from the menu will be amazing but I personally recommend the soft shell crab and uramakis (the rice is sooo tasty!). Not possible to get a table on weekends without reservations so don't forget to call before ;) Thank you very much Aga, we love to hear words like yours, we wait for you soon in keiken and we will always try to improve ourselves. Bordering on fine dining, La Musa de Velarde serves creatively designed dishes that are pretty to behold and wonderfully appealing.Our family of four ordered fried green tomatoes, Musa meat pastry (made with candied beef cheek, sweet peppers and pomegranate caviar) and veg wrapped roll as starters -- all a feast to the eyes and a treat for the taste buds. For mains, we ordered the house burger and steak loin. Burger was tastefully cooked, nestled in soft and fluffy buns. The steak were delicious, tender and sumptuously moist, albeit portions were too small compared to its gastronomic taste!All in all, the food we had was delightful, elegant, made with a certain level of sophistication. The ingredients are well matched and perfectly formed. For this kind of food, we thought the prices were above average but justified.
