le service au comptoir est très lent et la nourriture n'a rien d'extra. Des frites congelés et du fromage pas frais pour la poutine.

We ended up staying in Drummondville on New Years Eve due to a snowstorm and asked the hotel personnel for a recommendation for pizza. Chez Louis delivered one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Loaded with meat and cheese, just the right amount of greasiness and incredible tasty. The size I ordered lasted me for three meals.

While visiting family, they brought us to this breakfast/lunch/brunch restaurant. All four meals were delicious. The fruit on the crepes were fresh and tasty. Eggs were cooked just right. Fresh squeezed juices, good coffee. With the many crepe options it's a great French and local option. The menu is in French, but luckily our waitress spoke English so she helped us out. The picture menu was helpful as well.

I stopped by this week and was in a bit of a rush. I mentioned this to the waitress who had my meal (great food by the way) in less than 10 minutes. Seeing that this same meal takes usually 10-15 min and more than 35 minutes (unacceptable) at other franchises, I think these people were awesome.

While it was a lovely summer evening, we chose to eat inside to be near the musician, playing oldies as a nice backdrrop for our meal. Chez Mallet is in an old house with simple decor but very intimate. Service was well timed and the food was excellent, both taste-wise and in presentation, comparing favorably with what we would expect from a fine French restaurant in Montreal or Quebec - quite unexpected for small town Drummondville. Having eaten in half a dozen other top restaurants in town, this is now our favorite.

The Restaurant Le Globe-Trotter is located in Drummondville. Our restaurant offer an intertnational cooking style.
For a last-minute business dinner we chose this restaurant because of its reputation and also because finding a classier restaurant in Drummondville on a Monday evening is quite difficult. The ambiance was nice, the service attentive and the food delicious. Only one complaint from our group that the salmon was a bit dry; however the duck and steak were delicious. Good choices of wine and drinks; too bad the bar specials don't apply in the restaurant. Suggestion : offer local microbrewery beer from Bockale! Good experience...will definitely go back if in the area. Many thanks for sharing your comments on TripAdvisor! We're please that you enjoy the ambiance, services and food. Our 8 privates rooms are perfect for many events! We offer more than 110 different bottle of wine. Thanks for beer recommandation, we will look at it. Hope to see you soon!

Was trying to find a restaurant that was opened on a Monday evening at 7:30 pm. Seemed quite a number were closed or were closing as was quiet otherwise I had to choose fast food generic restaurant which I was not in the mood. Found this by luck -small bistro with great choice of salads with homemade dressings, fabulous homemade pizzas, daily specials, seafood, burgers and steaks! Great wine lists as well to choose from! Started off with appetizer-bang bang shrimp with salad and dressing of ginger/citrus combination. Wow definitely outstanding and the best crispy shrimp I have tasted! You could also get as a meal if wanted. My choice for a main course was the Titanic pizza with salad and chose same dressing ! Pizza had bechamel sauce with crab, shrimp and scallops topped with mozzarella cheese! Absolutely delicious as well! No room for dessert but will definitely return on next business trip ! Recommend highly to try! Note -reservations recommended I am told on weekends and evenings as place is small and fills up quickly! Bon appetit!!

Clean and close to restaurants - downstairs! Breakfast nice and terrace in the street was fun for us.We had salle de Bain privé but shower in hall. Fine. Could speak English in the morning with our breakfast lovely woman and that made us happy . ( in the US most people take Spanish because of our population - so many Americans won't go a few hours to Quebec because they can't communicate and that is sad because Quebec is so close yet so far away:))
