Silver Springs is always a must stop on our annual girls trip to the finger lakes. This year was no exception, even with restrictions for Covid (seated tastings, contact tracing, etc.), we were able to enjoy our tasting and all walked out with multiple bottles to take home. My friends in my group love the sweet fruit wines, while im more of a dry wine gal, which is perfect since Silver Springs has both the "Silver Springs" brand (sweeter and fruitier) and the "Don Giovanni" brand (dryer reds and whites) Our server Sarah was awesome, preparing a line up of wines for each of us to taste depending on what we liked. Would definitely recommend this place! Plus the hippie vibes are awesome and unique! My only negative would be their website is a little hard to navigate, since we werent sure what their Covid accommodations would be, but we were able to call and get someone right away!

What a wonderful all around experience. The yummy spirits and the wonderful people. The bloody mary was sooooo good we all bought the ingredients to try and replicate at home.

Atwater Estate Vineyards is a family-owned winery located on eighty scenic acres on the eastern side of Seneca Lake. Our unique site boasts a microclimate ideal for grape production, and we are intimately connected to every vine we grow. This hands-on knowledge allows us to lovingly cultivate the grapes in our vineyards with precision, balance, and high quality control. We are open for wine tasting by reservation only from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily. A limited number of seats may be available for wine by the glass on a first-come, first-served basis.
My daughter and I ended our Seneca lake winery visit here. Most wineries close at 5, but Atwater has "after hours". You can't do tastings, but you can get a glass of wine and cheese, meats and snacks, and sit on deck and watch the sunset. Unfortunately the day we came it rained. The bartenders were so fun and interesting to talk to. Hope to be back on a sunny day next time we visit the fingerlakes.

Damiani Wine Cellars celebrates the unique microclimate and dramatic landscape that is New York's Finger Lakes. We cultivate several vineyards nestled along the eastern shores of Seneca Lake where we purposefully limit the amount of fruit per vine to achieve concentrated flavors, and work with other premier growers in the area to source the finest grapes each vintage. The results are wines yielding extraordinary complexity and finesse, wines showing distinct character and expression of the land.
We stopped here mostly by chance one afternoon and were greeted by Jeremy, who soon poured us a tasting flight of consistently enjoyable reds. Aside from his interesting and entertaining descriptions of the wines, he provided many recommendations of other wineries in the area we would likely enjoy. He shared a taste of some limited batch Cabernet Franc and before long we were voluntarily signing up for the wine club, since pretty much every wine we tried was better than average and the perks are appealing. Another plus: dog-friendly place! Definitely worth visiting!

Thus was our first winery on this trip! Really friendly people. A nice covered deck with a beautiful view, and very good wines! Chardonnay, sparking, and cab sauv/cab franc blend were our favorites!

Grist Iron Brewing Company produces a variety of craft ales that appeal to a broad spectrum of drinkers. We brew with a passion you can taste! We also offer a menu of fresh pub-style chews that pair well with what’s on tap, as well as weekly live music and special events throughout the year - all in the heart of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate NY.
When in wine country, sometimes you just need a good beer. Found that here along with some great food, great atmosphere and fantastic view!

Visited Barry as part of our day long wine tour with experience the finger lakes. Great little spot, very enjoyable low key atmosphere. Wines are delicious. Especially liked the four track demo and the 1800 house white. 2017 Riesling delicious as well. Basically, stop by and try them all! You won’t be disappointed and Ian is a great host.

Two Goats is a small brewpub overlooking Seneca Lake known for good beer, friendly people, live music, stellar views and a sustainable mission. We offer flights and pints in-house, cans and growlers to go, and one signature sandwich — beef-on-weck. Everything, food to beer, is made in-house and from scratch. FLX wine, cider and soda as well as other beer are also available. Cheers!
Two Goats is a very casual brewery, more like a bar or tavern setting. Very rustic, and for some reason, hundreds of dollar bills tacked to the peaked ceiling. They have 8 of their own different brews on tap every day.

If you are looking for awesome atmosphere, this is the winery to visit in addition to their great wines. The feel is different here from the others in the area. The outside is so quaint with the lovely flowers and interesting decor as you enter the building. Once inside, the high bar, lovely twinkling lights and interesting sayings and plaques won me over. I like most of the wine in the area - I prefer dry reds - so the added great decor and the friendly vibe of the place sets it apart.
