They are quick, courteous, and the food is decent. It's like a Japanese Chipotle; nothing amazing but it is pretty good with large portions.

My son and I by-pass all the other subways to go to this one. The atmosphere is inviting and the place is clean. No corner dirt. The staff is great as well.

This was our second time in a month. Never been to a steak n shake. We wanted to try out their burgers and shakes. The first time the food was just ok, but the servers seemed like they didn't care. They just were just blah! The towels were empty in the mens room and both soap dispensers were also empty and I had to get the manager. The second time was Mothers day, we thought we would give it a try again just in case it was just a bad day for them. Again almost all the servers looked like they hated their jobs. Once we got our food, no one ever came to see if we were happy. once we finished we wanted to try the shakes, we sat there for 30 minutes with plates staked empty when another server asked if we needed anything. we explained our issue, he said he didn't know where our server was but took the order for our shakes. 20 minutes later the original server brought them. we were not happy at this point and left. We will never go to a steak n shake again.

This was one of the best McDonald's in Ohio we wanted a coke so we went thru the drive thru and they were fast and know I know we're to go when we want cokes in grove city go here they are fast.

Arrived to pick up some food at 8pm. They were out of several dishes, one of which I was interested in ordering. I asked the associate if they were making any more. There was no one actually cooking at the time, but I did not receive an explanation as whether or not they would be cooking more of the one dish. I decided to go with what they had on hand. The server completed the order but did not show any friendliness or appreciation.

Nothing to exciting about lunch but it was OK. We had the five dollar lunch special and you don't get a whole lot for $5 bucks.I had the spaghetti and salad with a drink and bread sticks. The portions were very small. Quick friendly service was a plus.

Chicken here is terrific and lives up to its reputation. Service was fast and the people serving were very nice. It was crowded for a bit and they got through the orders really quickly - I was very impressed.
