I have been to this place several times since 2011 and the service was up to scratch. On this occasion the reception warm but that's all where it ended. The waiter was flat; he really looked uninterested. I ordered tea and he did not even know what brand tea they serve. The tea was tasteless. I never tasted a tea like this before.We ordered burgers as we were in a hurry. The burger did not rise to the occassion to save the prior flops. We booked for 8 couples and 5 under 18s midweek. Service was great. Food was good. Birthday song and dance was special. Waiter was exceptional. I had a salad. I'm not sure if this was the exact location or not - I believe we were at the Arkansas Spur location - regardless - this is an Americanized Western Burger joint - available in South Africa! And it was a nice change. I have ordered burgers in a few other South African locations and the burgers had nothing in common with a ground beef patty (thick, solid, no idea what kind of meat) - but here, in great alignment with what I was used to having in the United States. I know I didn't come to South Africa to eat the same as I do at home, but sometimes in the middle of a three week trip - that's exactly what you want. A great burger, great fries and an outstanding chocolate shake! Well done, great design and fixtures, great prices - WELL DONE!

I did not have such a good experience, waiter inexperienced on the menu, table sticky and not cleaned properly, waited long for food and eventually when food was delivered it was cold. Too many waiters at the door to accost you as you come in. Intimidating for someone not liking crowds. Interior is decent, cappuccino is nice. Our waitress Michelle was efficient and friendly. Not too crowded for a Sunday afternoon. WiFi working fast for a change. Was hankering for a waffle.
