Breakfast, lunch are just great here. Pancakes in the morning are great start for the day. If you spend time on the beach its good to have fresh fish soup or rice w fish at lunch. They cook.I would recommend this place. Reliable.

Amigueiro the pool side restaurant is an ideal place to spend the evening, dining by the pool or in it with a fantastic ambience and excellent food
The restaurant is based onsite at the Alagoa hotel. The hotelâs breakfast is served by the restaurant and the other meals are chargeable by the restaurant. There was a very extensive menu catering for a varied taste for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians. In fact, over the few days, we had different dishes for lunch and dinner without having to have the same dish twice. The staff were friendly and the chef (Punjabi ) was more than happy to serve our nan bread the way we were used to having it in the UK.The restaurant had lots of different drinks at very reasonable prices. One could dine at the restaurant at a reasonable cost. The place was also frequented by locals as well.Definitely, recommend this restaurant if one is in the vicinity. Some of the food portions can be large so worth considering sharing some of the dishes when ordering.

Ambience, seating is excellent. But food portion and taste is average. Ordered masala grilled king fish, where as got pan fried sugar and chilli fish slices.

We arrived early evening after reading other reviews. It was very quite for a Friday. The Restraunt is set back off the main road and although not unwelcoming, it's a bit rough and ready compared to others in the area. The food was fine and cheaper than most.I think it may be better for breakfast but It's not the kind of place you might want to go to for a special occasion.

We called here for lunch in mid November and it was very quiet, no more than a handful of people in. The setting is great, slightly elevated position in an area of the beach that is not over populated with sun beds.We ordered a Caprese salad as a starter to share. When it arrived some 40 minutes later itâs construction was such that it must have taken all of five minutes to prepare. The mains were however the star of the show, both cooked in the tandoor, one fish and one chicken. Accompanied by a vegetable raita and two plain naan it was a veritable feast. We were in the restaurant for just short of two hours and whilst we have no complaints about the standard of food we were none the less perplexed by how long it took when the restaurant was very quiet. I dread to think what it would be like if all tables were occupied. If you are happy to sit calmly (as we did) you will not be disappointed with the food. Two other points to note are that the toilets have a flush and a hand wash basin, and secondly the restaurant DOES NOT accept credit card. This was the first beach shack which did not do so and we were taken by surprise. Fortunately we had enough money to cobble together the bill amount.I donât think we will return here since there is such a lot of competition within a short walk.

Martins Restaurant Margao offers a unique dining experience wherein you can experience the best of international cuisine and also authentic Goan cuisine at value for money rates .Our constant endeavor at Martins Margao is to always offer something differe
Just so so food served with average zest. The big advantage is the location- heart of the busy city of Margao. Parking can be a problem.

Everyone seemed to rave about this place and it was only a 15min walk from the hotel so we thought we would give it a try. We were the only westerns there and it was very busy with locals. The service was not the best, the forgot my starter and my husband had finished before it came. My Red Thai curry was fully of prawn shells and very salty. We didn't stay for dessert or anymore drinks or go back during our stay Hello MarkAppreciate your time to write this feedback. Would you be kind enough to share the time n date details of your visit on [email protected] We will investigate n take corrective actions immediately for non-repetition of such lapsesRegardsTeam Martin's

A chefs restaurant serving world cuisine in a contemporary set up.
visited this restaurant on 01/10/2019,faced a long wait for my food after placing the order, but was very impressed with the personalized touch of the team. They made up for the long delay with complimentary scoops of delicious ice cream, the food was a bit oily for my liking but still would like to visit again on my next trip.
