Wir kamen zum Frühstücken hierher und waren von der auÃergewöhnlich geschmackvollen Einrichtung und Dekoration restlos begeistert, alles ist hell modern und zugleich behaglich arrangiert. Auch die Lage mit Ausblick auf den Teich konnte überzeugen. Leider stand unserem Empfinden nach jedoch die dürftige âSoftwareâ in einem ziemlichen Missverhältnis zur gelobten âHardwareâ. Die Bedienung war ein wenig forsch und leider nicht aufmerksam, wir wurden weitgehend uns selbst überlassen. Auch das sehr einfache und überschaubare Frühstücksbüffet konnte uns nicht begeistern. Kaum Auswahl, billiger Aufschnitt, viel zu viele Kleinstverpackungen. AuÃerdem nur wenig frische Produkte und eine mangelhafte Präsentation. Schade, aus einem so tollen Objekt könnte man viel mehr machen...

We visited this restaurant on our second night as we did not want to eat at our hotel see review on Haus Delecke. Great venue fantastic view lovely waitress good saesneg and a very good choice on the menu. The choice of beers was also outstanding highly recommended day or night eating.

This is a gem! Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. We were hereon a Sunday morning in March and it was freezing out. The place was packed with locals. You do need to make a reservation, it's that popular. Don't miss this if you are traveling in the area!

We were a party of 18 from Scotland and went for lunch at this restaurant after an enjoyable morning boating on the lake. Our order was simple, with some wanting Schnitzel, others egg mayonnaise, and 6 people wanted just a portion of chips. Setting aside that it took over 90 minutes for 12 of us to receive our dishes, the incredible part happened when the waitress told the 6 people with empty plates that the restaurant had run out of chips. Offering the 6 disgruntled diners potato croquettes as an alternative, she then was seen leaving the restaurant at the end of her shift, leaving a young, new waiter in charge. The waiter seemed surprised that we were unhappy with the appalling service we had received. Those with food felt guilty and those without what they had ordered felt very let down. Rarely have I experienced such poor customer service. The waiter said he had no authority to reduce the bill and the manager wasn't at the restaurant. All in all, a disappointing experience which left us with a poor view of German customer service.
