I happened to find this class when I search up for Chocolate making classes and found this place...the class was great, get to learn the history and back ground of Swiss cheese and chocolate...and get to make souffles with each ingredients...it was really fun, and the instructor she is great...enjoy it alot, and great experience as part of my visit in Zurch!!!

Had been such a pleasant experience! I tried out the Japanese Favorites and it's the perfect cooking class for beginners who also want to recreate their new skills at home.
