I ate here with a small group of colleagues, and loved it. Our waitress was brilliant - friendly, warm and efficient. The atmosphere is nice - good lighting, intimate feeling - great vibe. Really loved the food - gnocci was delicious. We were recommended to have 2 to 3 plates each - 2 was more than enough. Not your standard sharing tapas style - most of us just ate our own - but still very social and a good buzz. Best food I have had in Sherbrooke.

The environment and staff are very welcoming, they will go the extra mile if you are vegan or have special diet/restrictions.The pork and sea scallops were wonderful, but the lamb rack was a bit undercooked and had a high portion of fat.The menu is expensive for the region (around $40-$50 CAD), but it is, overall, a pleasant dining experience.

We visited Attelier Archibald with friends on a Thursday night. The outdoor patio seemed really packed with a live signer but we were basically alone inside. We ordered cocktails and entrées, pizzas and the scallops. We received our cocktails and had enough time to drink them completely before the entrées arrived (about 45 minutes). The food was really delicious, they made a vegetarian pizza that was not on the menu to accomodate my vegetarian friend and she said it was delicious as well. We then ordered coffee and the creme brûlées trio. It took half an hour to receive those and they were the tiniest I have ever seen. Really expensive for what turned out to be the equivalent of one egg and a tablespoon of sugar. The vanilla and cocoa flavors tasted exactly the same. But really the most upsetting part was how ridiculously slow the service was. Really disappointing considering the food was amazing!!!

I am not saying this because the chef is a childhood friend but Les Trois Graces is a real little gem! They offer regional and seasonal dishes that are delicious. Service is friendly and the the region is such a beautiful place to visit. They have a terrasse in the summer. Treat yourself!

Contemporary Quebecois Food
Wide selection to choose from. Moderate pricing. Although they didn't make it we really enjoyed a McKeown pear cider they introduced us to. The quality of their food was good with reasonable size portions.

Small restaurant and wine bar using wild, local cuisine and fresh products to create a beautiful range of appetizers and entrees. It's complemented by a carefully selected list of organic and natural wines, by the glass or by the bottle. Stop by for a dri
We were hoping to try this restaurant last summer (2017), however they were still under construction. This past weekend with friends, we were delighted to see that they were finally opened. It was worth the wait. While were the only ones in the restaurant on a cloudy Sunday afternoon, the service was friendly and prompt. Menu is not extensive but the choices are outstanding. My husband ordered the rabbit fettuccine and I had the fish & chips (snack menu). Both were outstanding. Our friends order the pheasant poutine, a soup (cannot remember the name) along with the beet & paprika chips. Everything was excellent as we could see from the empty plates. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again if we are in the area. Thanks a lot for your detailed review! It's really appreciated! We're glad you enjoyed your experience here.

Breakfast and brunch, inspired by Quebec local products. All day, micro-roaster coffees, fine teas, pies, cakes and other "mignardises", to enjoy at the café or to go. Apero with local wines, private import wines and antipasti. In the cafe or on the terra
A wonderful dining experience in a charming and historic Inn. Had both breakfast and lunch here during a business visit in town and both were outstanding for both taste and presentation and the service was superb. Excellent value for the quality as well. The restaurant, while small, is very bright and clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stop here whenever I'm in the area. Brave! Limited days for public (Early week serves hotel guests only, at least off-season).
