In 2001, I graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, I began teaching group fitness and Yoga at local gyms, colleges, and studios. I have been teaching for over two decades and I absolutely LOVE what I do! Sharing my passion for yoga continued to expand when I moved to San Diego 7 years ago. I founded Yogatrex, which offers destination yoga classes throughout the San Diego region, and began offering yoga sessions.
