I have been many times and decided to let everyone know that this is a great Asian restaurant. I always get sushi as it is perfectly created with the freshest ingredients. They do offer other Asian dishes that some of my friends prefer. Those too have been delicious. The staff is attentive and the restaurant is very clean.
We wanted quick, fresh take out the other night and that's what we got. The restaurant is all new and nicely decorated and the service was fast. Most importantly the food was deliciously fresh and not overly spiced. I do wish they offered brown rice as a healthier alternative to white rice. We will be back!

We got takeout recently. The sushi rolls are fresh and nicely presented....plus on the large side. Try the eel....I'm not a huge sushi fan but this one rocks!!! Great dumplings, also very large. And good soups too. It's a nice place for a takeout lunch. Pretty pricey for Trumbull though.

This is the second time we have been here for dinner. I have had two different entrees now and both were average. This time I had the vegetable thai rice noodles. They give you a tea pot of Chinese tea but both times it was bitter ( I think the water was too hot and it burned the tea leaves). They also give you pickled vegetables as an appetizer which I have never had at any Chinese restaurant before. I didn't care for it but my husband liked it.

I have been going to this place for about 20 years now! I have never found a wonton soup better than Chinatown. My favorite dish is the chicken and broccoli, however, their general chicken is awesome! I try not to tell that many people about it because it is my hidden gem, however, I can't help but give them a well deserved review!

I stopped by here for lunch. They have several tables inside as well as takeout.I ordered the shrimp with broccoli lunch special ($7.50).The meal was ready in about ten minutes. It came with pork fried rice and an egg roll.Everything tasted good and I was full.
I had driven by the Peking Tokyo in the Century Plaza and Big Y on the Monroe Turnpike a few times.I was looking for a fast meal, so I stopped by and went in on an early Thursday evening just after 5:00 pm.As I walked in, I saw there was limited seating and no air conditioning.I decided to order their Maki Roll Special ($8.75) with 2 Salmon Avocado rolls, Miso soup, and salad and eat in the place as I would only be there for a short while. For drinks they only have bottled soft drinks, water, and teas. After sitting down, I was quickly brought the soup and salad. The Miso soup was OK. It was not very flavorful, but had plenty of tofu and seaweed. The salad just consisted of iceburg lettuce with an orange dressing on it. They also brought Chinese fried noodles and a sweet sauce for dipping. After about 10 minutes, they brought the two Maki rolls on a plate with ginger and wasabi. The Maki rolls were good, but not great. Overall, I was happy with the meal and price they charged.Looking at their menu, the prices for their offerings seemed very reasonable. In the half hour or so I was there, at least 6 people came in to pick up orders, so I would assume that their other options are good. One thing that did interest me was that they offered several special diet dishes that were served steamed with no salt, oil, or MSG ($7.75 to $11.50 depending on the ingredients). I think I will try one of those on the next visit which I plan to do in the near future.

There are better and a lot worse and here you get nice food for a very reasonable price. Around here Asian is the second most populated restaurants and this is one of the nicer ones for food. Tables are small and basically unused. Most people buy and take home
