Eastnor Castle in the dramatic setting of the Malvern Hills and surrounded by a beautiful deer park, arboretum and lake - is the home of the Hervey-Bathurst family. Besides being a fascinating visitor attraction, the Castle fulfils other roles as an exclusive-use wedding venue, corporate and team building venue, as well as a venue for product launches and location filming. Business or private parties can stay in the castle’s beautiful bedrooms and our highly professional team is on hand to organise every aspect of your visit.
We visited Eastnor Castle on a recent short holiday in the Malverns - we are a family of four with two teenagers and a small dog. I don’t have enough positive things to say about our visit - we loved it! - there is plenty of free parking - you can take a picnic and games, find a spot in the grounds and stay all day - lovely toilets - little cafe and ice cream parlour - big adventure playground and maze - beautiful walk around the lake - very clean and well maintained But best of all is that the site and castle are all dog friendly! We were able to tour the inside of the castle and take our dog with us - which is a rare treat and should be commended. I wish more places allowed this. The castle is beautiful. I would highly recommend Eastnor Castle for a day out - well done to everyone involved

Great castle visit for all ages, book in advance to ensure you get a time allocation, the visit is self directed but numbers controlled for social distancing, Its is a great castle in a wonderful location, lots of information boards bring alive the past and its easy to visualise what life was like and the history of the castle, there are some guides on hand for further detail, if its a nice day take a pic-nic and sit on he mat laws for a lovely lunch to soak up the surroundings. A great day out for all ages.

Had the pleasure of visiting this national trust castle at the time they had on a 2nd WW event on in the grounds. Some really good exhibits, one of which was a chef cooking up war time recipes to try...very good. Lots of volunteers in period dress and the room guides new their stuff.

We were very fortunate to be given a guided tour of this splendid castle and the stunning gardens during July 2020. This is a fine example of a 12th Century Norman Castle and much of its battlements and towers remain at their full height. Thanks to the current and past owners, as well as English Heritage, the remaining stone structures are sound and in good shape. It is now in private ownership.

15th Century Castle set in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, near the Welsh border. Visitor Attraction with Award-Winning Gardens during the summer months. Exclusive use Wedding Venue with 24 Bedrooms.
After a weekend in Gloucester we decided to drive home back up to Liverpool without using a motorway. The beautiful countryside on a sunny bank holiday Monday was a treat and then we saw signs for the castle, lots of people turning in so we decided to follow ! We are so happy that we did. The lovely lady in reception showed us on a map which attractions were available to us , she clearly explained about the one way system that had been put in place to enable social distancing. First of all we wandered around the kitchen gardens, marvelled at the abundant vegetables and fruit that was being grow and then around the beautiful gardens with the really pretty water features. We had arrived just in time for a Bird of Prey demonstration, and spent an hour sitting in the sunshine watching the different birds being flown. We then visited The Orangery cafe, I had a delicious scone with clotted cream and a coffee and my hubby had a sandwich, he said the cheese in particular was delicious . After lunch it was time to visit inside the castle, a nice lady gave us wipe clean information cards , which clearly explained lots of information about the artefacts we would see inside. Another one way system in place , but it worked very well and we enjoyed taking our time wandering around . We are so pleased we came across this gem of a place, most unexpected on our way home , really lovely end to a relaxing weekend. We felt really safe and well looked after during our visit , signage and one way system was really clear and being adhered to by all.

A good walk out. Castle is rustic and overgrown in places. But this just adds to its mystique for me. Stout shoes are a must.
