Reviewed By Joel FWe had an AMAZING stay at the Pod, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is very clean, and lots of communal space to work, relax. Water dispenser to use. I really liked the toilets as you get a full sink, shower and toilet together like a bathroom at home, makes it very comfortable. The Pod’s themselves are great feels luxury and very comfortable beds! Highly recommend staying here! The location where The Pod is based is brilliant with Bars, restaurants and cafes from your doorstep (but still not loud at night if you need to sleep). Also the MRT station just a 5 minute walk which is very convenient get anywhere in the city, with its two lines!

Comfy bed and convenient location
Reviewed By Wanyun21Needed a simple place to shower and sleep and Cube provided me with what was needed. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and there were 2 USB charging ports and a power socket for charging devices in the capsule itself so you are able to charge more than one device at a time. Aircon was good and you do not feel stuffy at all in the capsule. Shower cubicles needed some touch ups as some of the window tiles were broken, otherwise shower cubicles were quite clean. I like that the shower area is separated from the toilet, makes it easier to change into your clothes without getting them wet. Place was relatively quiet; the locks and doors work quietly if you close them with care

Reviewed By vinasurya2020the room is quit clean but the bed matres need to be cleaned/vacuum. bed sheet need to be replaced as well. Breakfast food are vary. toilet trash bins need to be clean regularly. wink team was really helpful.

Nearby 2 MRT stations and there are plenty of local food at the surrounding area. I like the building itself which is a renovated hostel in an old building. Recommend travelers to stay here if you do wants to enjoy solo trip.

Reviewed By kelvin tthis hostel is good n clean.indeed everything.but too much China people in the hostel n is noisy n dirty n i dont think is healthy also.so we check out to a better hostel.of cos there are some people in the room which is so smelly with their shoe in the pod n talking so loudly.i think every room should put a sign in the room stated no shoe n lower volume at 11pm rather they put behind the laundry area.i hope the management will attend to it n improve the room odour.then u will have more guests coming in.too much china people n they are workers..

Stay Away from the Hostel
Reviewed By pearlywong2The hostel was terrible. First, not well maintained. I reached and there is no receptionist or staff there. The hygiene was horrible, you could see all the rubbish everywhere, and the environment was really dirty. Second, the pod was not really clean. You can see dust and the INSECTS! It was disgusting. Some of the pod was also not functioning well. I hope that the hostel will be improved, or not just shut down the business. Don't make more tourists get disappointed in staying while traveling in Singapore.

Doesn't live up to potential
Reviewed By KubilayCobanMaybe we were unlucky. Maybe our standards were too high. I don't know but I'm not coming back. We are a couple who booked a couples capsule for 3 nights. The locker system is good, breakfast is ok, bathroom and showers are also ok. What I didn't like was the fact that the mattress in our room reeked of mold and fungus and you could just feel the moisture as you laid down in bed. The sheets and duvet had a bloodstain on them, other than that it was ok.. the ac makes a lot of noise so if you are a sensitive sleeper this is not for you. The guests staying in our section were up and about in the middle of the night and talking out loud.. The staff were a mix of very kind and friendly people and some that didn't notice your existence. For backpackers traveling on a budget who can sleep through most noises this is the perfect place. For others, you have nothing to gain but a fair price and a good location.
