Early Bird is a chef driven made from scratch breakfast and brunch restaurant.
Early Bird has one of the best weekend brunches around! It is just so hard to decide what to order each time.On this most recent visit, we started with vanilla lattes and cappuccinos and they were delicious. The pancakes, eggs, biscuits, huevos rancheros, breakfast potatoes, and sausages were all tasty and plentiful. I don't believe there is anything bad on this menu. You get great service, delicious food, and huge portions when dining here. I will be back!
Louisville Colorado is my hometown and I visit family there once a year. Cappuccino is my morning beverage and I seek out the best in every place I go. After experiencing the people, product, preparation and place of Precision Coffee, I can say this is a premium cup of capp. When I ordered my first cup, Bryce, the owner, asked me about my flavor preferences. I had never been asked that question before so Bryce to described the half-dozen, or so, flavor profiles of the coffees he brews. I asked him to recommend a coffee that would not require sugar. Bryce ground it, brewed it, perfectly foamed the whole milk and served it in a correctly sized cappuccino ceramic cup with saucer. After my first sip, I knew Precision would be my cappuccino for the rest of my stay.Precision also offers house made nut milks and baked goods. You must drive past the location to a small parking lot. There is no street parking.Bring a book and enjoy your beverage in the shaded back garden. The shop is a model of a switch house that was built in the 70's to compliment the railroad car restaurant that is long shuttered but still hiding behind the trees. Located next to the railroad tracks that run through town, you may encounter a train blast and the passing of a freight train. If this happens while you are there, I recommend you plug your ears and watch as the commerce of our nation slowly (train speed is restricted in town) rumbles past you. Admire or curse the ingenuity and the noise, but realize this is likely as close an unobstructed (but safe) view of a moving train that you'll get anywhere.
Generally speaking, most places that market themselves as a 'breakfast place' fall into one of two categories: 1) Same old eggs/bacon/hashbrowns, etc., etc., or 2) desperate attempts to be 'different', which in turn often results in breakfast offerings that are 'too different' - neither of which is bad, it just comes down to what you are looking for... The Biscuit Bar is somewhere in between these two categories and generally satisfies the need for a hearty, sit down breakfast - most often on a weekend. Growing up in the South with a Mom that could make great biscuits with her eyes closed, I would rate the actual biscuits as 'average' at best... a little too dense and heavy for my taste. Otherwise, the food is very good, well prepared and served by a friendly staff - though the actual 'restaurant' itself seems like an after thought since it is connected directly to Murdocks which I am assuming puts the 'bar' in the name of 'Biscuit Bar'.

Organic Sandwich Company is a local organic sandwich shop specializing in all natural sandwiches that specifically fit the tastes of everyone. We can accommodate all picky eaters! We have vegan and vegietarian sandwiches and Gluten Free options available!
This is the second shop of a local sandwich maker. Boulder has earned its reputation as a foodie capital and this is a fine example. The store offers a good selection of organic ingredients and traditional and gluten-free breads. It's not a cheap-eats place but you get what you pay for. Try the turkey-cram or caprese.

Best view in Louisville. Plenty of parking. Full bar. Breakfast and lunch. Open from 7am till 3pm seven days a week.
We went here for breakfast. We were hoping for cinnamon rolls because we had seen them in a picture for this place. They didn't have any that day.My niece ordered a breakfast burrito and it came out as requested and she said it was good. My other niece ordered bacon, egg and cheese sandwich which arrived without bacon.I ordered two pancakes, eggs over medium and bacon extra crispy. I had to ask for syrup, the bacon was floppy and the eggs were over easy. I sent back the bacon and they brought new along with bacon for me niece's sandwich. My bacon was slightly crisp but mostly still floppy and rubbery. We both agreed it tasted odd as well.I didn't say anything about the eggs until the manager came over to see how we were doing. I relayed the problem with the sandwich, the bacon and the eggs. He took my eggs back and my niece could see him send back another set of eggs to the cook. They weren't over medium again.Aside from the weird bacon taste, the food was good. Pancakes were very fluffy. The manager gave us a discount which was nice and not something I was expecting. The servers were nice enough. It seems to me that their cooks need to leave things on the grill longer when a specific request is made. It's not difficult to make eggs over medium and bacon extra crispy. We won't be going here again.

The Huckleberry serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere of fun, creative, comfort. Our food is created to be "Funky Country" - real food you recognize and love with a modern twist. We've taken American Classics and added a hint of culinary sop
I'm a huge fan! Been going to Huckleberry for many years, pretty much every time I'm in the Boulder area. There are many good breakfast/lunch spots in the general area, but I would rank the Huckleberry at the top of the list. Quaint older building, service is top notch, great food, and excellent coffee, (something a lot of breakfast places seem to miss). Highly recommended!
