This is absolutely the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Hosts Bob and Christy are so warm and friendly that you will feel like they are your loving family. The facility is beautiful and very well kept. Each morning we were served a gourmet home cooked breakfast and we had many choices of what to eat. Although the inn was full when we were there, we still had places to sit and relax, whether we wanted privacy or to visit with other guests. Also, the kitchen is always available for coffee, hot tea, and snacks if you are hungry, any hour of the day. There is no better place to spend time in Branson than Bradford House. On a scale of 10 we would give them a 20+.. Yes, they are that good!

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in 30 years! We stayed 3 nights and 2 of the days we were there the staff didn't empty our trash or leave us with clean wash cloths or towels; when I spoke with the front desk about it, they just kept saying they were washing them, so there weren't any available. We had to go to Walmart and buy our own towels just to take a bath. Also we had to clean the tub before we were able to use it!! And the house keeping staff actually expected a tip for a horribly done job, well here's my tip if a jobs worth doing, it's worth doing right, take some pride in your work!! The hotel business is suppose to be about customer service and there definitely wasn't any here. I am telling all my veteran friends to stay as far away as possible from this place; as far as I'm concerned, the owner should be paying the customers to even stay there.

Check in was fast and efficient. The desk clerk and staff were very knowledgeable of their duties and were helpful. The newly remodeled room was very clean. I would recommend an overnight stay due to the clean, safe environment employees provided for the customers.

Husband and me had to take a trip for a funeral. We thought at first cute, clean spot. The bed was awful felt like sleeping on a cardboard box. We stayed on a Friday left on Saturday and I noticed charge for room on Saturday. We get home on Monday and I noticed an additional charge of $22.47 on my account after calling them all day someone finally answered to tell me I stole the towels and they charged me 5.00 a pieace. I have never stole anything. I went off, first of all there was only 2 towels in the room when we got there. They did refund me but, as I promised I was leaving a bad review. Check your bank account if you stay there.

We stayed 2 nights at Gladys' B&B. Here's what you might want to know about it. The B&B is run by a wonderful elderly lady. She's such a friendly person and she serves an outstanding breakfast. Also, the house is nicely situated at the lake, providing for a stunning lake view and a calm and peaceful athmosphere. We were enjoying our stay very much! On the downside: room and bath are really small and there's not much room for your luggage. So if you appreciate a warm welcome and real-life athmosphere only minutes from silver dollar city, this is for you.

We booked this hotel through hotels.com and had spoke to the “hotel” before we left. We drove over 2 hours and when we arrived the hotel was closed for the season. We look at their actual number and it wasn’t the one we had originally spoke with. So we call the other number and they had no idea the hotel was closed. So, at 1030 at night we had to take our two small children and find another hotel. Sadly, we had used this hotel for its passion for the military and veterans since we are a military family. Never again!

They tried to charge me double what I reserved. I sat in their parking lot fir 3 hours trying to resolve the issue with customer service because the actual person at the desk didn’t know what to tell me. Finally put a lock on my credit card and went somewhere else. Then they tried to charge me for a no show but thankfully my credit card declined the charge. OYO is the worst. NEVER STAY AT ONE!
