This property is 15 minutes walk from the beach. Halong Fancy Hotel has a garden and a bar in Ha Long. Boasting a sun terrace, this property is located a short distance from Queen Cable Car Station and Sun World Ha Long Park. The property is set in the Bai Chay district. Guest rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. With a private bathroom fitted with free toilet.
Value for money and all you need as a foreigner/westerner visitor/traveler/backpacker.
Reviewed By GollywalkWe found this hotel after visiting quite a few others. What an excellent surprise. We stayed for 3 nights. The price was very reasonable. Good layout in rooms, bathroom and a soft bed mattress and bedding. Friendly English speaking helpful hosts try to assist you in anything. Free breakfast and beer and basic Western breakfast. Very well positioned close to where you want to be (Sunworld, shops, port, beach, transportation cable car, bike rental, etc.)The bonus is games, books, TV, music center and even a guitar available to keep you and children busy. It is also in a quite environment, so the relieve from traffic noise was welcomed. Meeting foreigners there from all over the world and sharing experiences in English was great. I will return and definitely recommend this place fully.

Simple Hotel great for one night
Reviewed By barrywoods2015Simple hotel in Halong Bay, Ok location with Restaurants and Shops near the hotel however i world recommend that you overnight on the boat as you get 3 meals and it is a great experience that i have heard from my fellow Travelers. Back to the hotel good WiFi, OK be and bathroom with air con and TV. Staff Helpful but understand little English. No breakfast included would need to bring Food and drink or head out to some local street vendors for meals. however good for one night would not do anymore.

Reviewed By 45bluegThis place is what I would imagine prison to be like. Bed and breakfast, my ass. The photos are obviously ripped from the website of some other, better hotel. I decided to check out within an hour, but they insisted that I pay my 2-night booking in full. All the care about is money. I would give it negative stars if this site allowed it. Avoid this place unequivocally.

Not the best choice
Reviewed By Young-TrotamundosQuite bad located it was difficult to find it. You will have to sweat and walk to the top of the main road and look for the hotel in a small secondary street. The Wi-Fi barely gives you a decent connection. Rooms are too old so do not expect any extra facility. The people at reception is random and with a bad level of English.
