Unpretentious choice with a bar featuring Californian-inspired cuisine & weekday drink specials.
Shout out to Zibo's and to host Jonathan for a great night and helping us have a great family reunion! The Saturday night at Zibo's was kind of our "main event" with a slide show. We had the private room which was perfect. The staff were very accommodating. Thanks so much!Hello Tim,Thank you for your feedback.Hoping to see you soon in a restaurant,The ZIBO team!

After arriving in Montreal we checked into the Hotel Alt and wandered outside to find dinner. Three restaurants are right there and we picked Zibo. Had a couple of cocktails, pretty decent Mojito. I had the tuna and my wife had the sea bass. Tuna was perfectly cooked, that is to say just barely. Decent portions and beautiful presentation. Sea bass was excellent as well. Seemed kinda pricey, but as we soon found out, thatâs the norm in this area. Service was very good, bilingual waiter was friendly and attentive. Would return except there are so many alternatives within a few blocks we never did.Hello ,Thank you for your feedback.Hoping to see you soon in a restaurant,The ZIBO team!

What a pleasant surprise to experience this Taverne in central Montreal. The location is convenient for the downtown core. The size is large and spacious. The decor is a wonderful old style with tiled floor, mirrors, wood, high ceilings, and old restaurant antique touches. There is a nice energy and it is bright enough to be welcoming and open. The Menu is more bistro-like with and 'meals' rather than just burgers, pizzas, fries, etc. I loved the braised pork back, with corn bread, cheese sauce and Brussels sprouts. Service was very good, with fully bilingual staff. Value was good. Recommended for sure, and a little on the unique side so worth consideration

Like other restaurants in Montreal, Burger Bar is on the moderate/more expensive side. Consequently, we only ordered two burgers...splurging on their bison burger and going for the more moderately prices bbq pulled pork sandwich. both were very good, but the bison burger was the best.would definitely go there again when back in Montreal. Our bison burgers are special because the meat is very lean and flavorful. We suggest ordering the bison meat medium to medium rare which really brings out its flavor. Our pulled pork is the best in the city and made from scratch cooked in our homemade sauce which includes real Jack Danial's Tennessee whiskey. So good.

Itâs a decent chain restaurant but I feel for the money you could find better choices. If I was to go back I would go for ribs over steak....

We went here on recommendation from bus guide from grayline tours. Located in Le Mount Stephen Hotel. As soon as you walk thru the door you know you are in a special place. We were seated quickly in the bar area. Gabriel was our server. Very helpful with the menu. The cauliflower risotto and chicken pot pie were very good. Meal came in a timely fashion. Gabriel was very attentive. The architecture in this place is fantastic. We were told all original. We took a mini tour upstairs after lunch and the place is fabulous. Great place!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is 5 star, service quality everything. This terrace literally has the best view in all of old montreal. We went during the day but its most spectacular at night time. Then ferris wheel tour in the distance is lit up at night and you can see the moonrise too over the water. Just a beautiful view at night. They have heat lamps over the bar itself. Plenty of seating. The staff was accomodating, friendly. The place is busy it seemed all the time, mid week afternoon or evening, i can see why, truly a great view. We had an appetizer the first day, the rest of the time, just drinks. Good selection.
