We had dinner here last night before a concert at the Count Basie Theater (walking distance to the theater)... It was excellent. Great selection of food and beer, warm comfortable environment, nice modern fireplace... Friendly, efficient service... all four of us enjoyed our meals, there was a great variety to choose from... Gourmet foods, as well as pizza & burgers... I had a dry aged cheeseburger (not sure what dried aged beef is, but it was one of the best burgers I've had in quite a while). Excellent meal all around, and we were at the show on time. We would definitely recommend.

We are brewers of traditional ales and lagers. We compose simple menus around the season. We present ourselves authentically.
My wife and I have now eaten here several times. The room is certainly stylish, and the menu eclectic, but the food needs some work. We tarted with an IPA, and it was not to my taste. Not hoppy enough. We also started with a mezzo plate with hummus, smoked eggplant dip, pickled vegetables, olives and flatbread. The components were fine, but the presentation was stylish but very awkward to eat. The olives and pickled vegetables were piled on top of the two dips so that you had to push them out of the way to get at the dips. Pushing them off of the hummus pushed them onto the eggplant dip and vice verse. Very awkward. I had the tempura vegetables. The coating on the vegetables was thin and not adhered to the vegetables so it fell off when you went to eat the. The Yakatori (?) sauce accompanying them was very thin and did not have much flavor. My wife had the mussels and frites and declared them âfineâ. Nuff said, she loves mussels.

On the waiter u get...we come here often...steak quality is always real good...the price is fantastic compared to other steak house in this area... and...if you get the right waiter everything will be fine but lately it is not fine since the staff is young...and some just seem not to care ...but never mind when it comes to tipping...they all want the money! I wish the manager would not just check from time to time to see if meat is cooked to preferred way...but also come around and check how the staff handle their job...

Overall food quality is good and staff are friendly. I like their menu options. I usually order Pepper-Crusted Sirloin with Whole Grains and my wife picks Three-Cheese Chicken Cavatappi. So far we have enjoyed our visit. We usually go there at least few times a year.

We had an incredibly delicious meal at Chili's. I had chicken penne and my husband had the steak. Both of our meals were excellent...perfectly cooked and presented! Service was also excellent! Cannot wait to return!Thank you so much for taking the time to send us this feedback. We love hearing about the great service you recently received at our Holmdel Chili's. We will share this feedback with the manager and look forward to your next visit.

Food is so so. Stopped by on a Saturday evening with a bunch of friends. Place almost empty, no music, no atmosphere whatsoever. Bar tender wanted to only play some martial arts bs on TV. The eight of us left after a couple of beers and went to Red Bank. Not worth the stop.

Forget 'casual dining.' That's an industry term so out of touch with how consumers eat and drink today. For premium quality and style; fare that's at times familiar and other times adventurous and a laid-back modern setting, Houlihan's is a true original.
Usually don't have to wait long for seating. Go about 4:00 to 4:30. The Lemonade on a Summer Day hits the spot. Delicious. For Appetizer, the stuffed mushrooms are out of this world, delicious!!!! One of my favorites is the Reuben. Always a nice time at this location. So glad you enjoy our made-from-scratch menu items! Thanks, and we look forward to serving you again soon. -Ag
