Went for dinner with family for a catch up.. service was great, food was amazing, highly recommend. The staff are great, and very attentive, the atmosphere is awesome. We went the first time for a catch up, but went back the next night by choice. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Carins.
Relaxed Family Dining with a warm and friendly atmosphere.Alfresco Veranda Dining available with ambient lighting and a great view of the rainforest covered hills.
Staff here are really friendly and a lot of locals attend. There is a family friendly feel and it is easy to take kids here. Food seems to be still finding it's own mark. Recently the menu changed to be similar to Mondo's however this bumped up the price and the cheap local is now not so cheap and food is taking longer to arrive. Curries are great though and so are the staff.

Very reasonably priced food and a decent meal deal which included an alcoholic drink. Both meals that we ordered were delicious and were a good portion! A very nice Irish Pub with very friendly staff. Dear Croxley JD, Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we always enjoy receiving feedback from our valued customers. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your meals with us and that the service from staff was up to the standard that we try to always hold. We hope to welcome you back again sometime.Kind Regards, Chloe, General Manager

Great place to take a break on the road north. Offers some accommodation units but primarily a roadhouse providing snacks and meals.Nice outdoor eating area. Does not specifically cater for gluten free but a requested " steak sandwich without the bread" hit the spot well and was generous in its proportions.

Cosmopolitan restaurant and bar by day & an intimate cocktail and dance venue by night, The Cotton Club is the meeting place for locals and visitors in the heart of Cairns city. It is the choice of workers meeting for lunch, couples sharing a meal before
We visited twice for dinner and once for drinks and each visit was very good. The wait staff were friendly and helpful in selecting drinks and during happy hour very good value. We dined twice and had the Spanish mackerel twice it was that good. During our second visit it was a 2 for 1 night so the second dish was free - a real added bonus.Would return and would recommend.Thank you for your wonderful review!

Situated at Marina Point, next to the Cairns Yacht Club facilities, Salt House is a unique dining, bar and entertainment venue offering a panoramic view of the ocean, marina and city on the waterfront in Cairns.
Right on the water, boats are all around. I didn't eat here but saw the food being served and it looked very tasty. Cocktails are a little overpriced but you have to consider where you are, the location is super nice. There is an open air bar area that is nice to sit in. There is no table service but I found that to be the case in a lot of places in Australia. Bartenders were quick to take orders and deliver good drinks. I would recommend stopping by for a cocktail for sure.Hi, so happy to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere and our cocktails! We hope to see you again soon :)

Capturing the spirit of Cairns with influences from afar, Rocco is a proud reflection of Mediterranean history mingled with a contemporary take on cuisine. Committing to locally sourced products and small artisanal producers, the chef delivers a mouth-wat

Burgers are nothing special, and there are only a few options to choose from (beef/chicken/mushroom, plus extras like bacon, cheese etc all a few dollars each). The buns are pretty nice. Grillâd, Cairns Burgers, and Evo Burger all have much better options. When I asked about the âBeers on rotation- ask at the barâ listed on the menu, the bar worker said âHuh?â and asked someone else who just pointed to their standard tap beers. (If you donât HAVE any beers on rotation, donât put it on the menu!)The other concern was the shakes all come out in big PLASTIC single use cups. Paper straws, sure.... but come on guys! Your target market is teens and twenty- somethings. They supposedly care about the environment.... ask for a glass if you do, and Jimmyâs might change

Hemingway's Brewery Cairns Wharf is a heritage listed venue located at the cruiseliner terminal in Cairns with veiws across Trinity Inlet. A newer and much larger venue with ten times the brewing capacity of its Port Douglas sister venue, Hemingway's Brew
We had dinner at Hemmingway's during their Octoberfest evening. Unfortunately they missed the mark on the Schnitzel, the salad and the pretzel. On the other hand, the beer was great, the service excellent and the location and atmosphere perfect. I would certainly give it another go, but perhaps not for German food.
