I'm sitting in Amici, and it's 1:56p.m. on a Thursday. I entered awsy 1:35. There were two people at one table. And me. I waited at the door to be seated and watched a server clean seven tables without noticing me. Finally, at 1: 47 another server happened to see me as she dropped food at the couple's table. She seated me, I asked for a soda, and she let the other server know. 1:56... the server who seated me walked past, so I asked if I could order. Not long afterward, the other server stopped by the couple's table and offered drink refills. Then the one who seated me and took my order asked them if they needed drink refills. Then the first one delivered their drinks and said, " We're going to pester you, since you're the only ones here. "Why do I keep trying to eat here?Ten minutes have passed. My one slice of pizza isn't here, yet. I always tip at least $5.00.(I was a server once, myself)Honestly, I wouldn't bring anyone here to eat. We apologize for your experience, and would love it of you gave us another chance. Please share your story with the manager the next time you are in.

The restaurant was not crowded, but we had to wait too long on the food. Why do they advertise certain beer brands on the menu, but not have it in stock? Quesadillas were supposed to have bacon and chicken with cheese...mostly cheese. Maybe a thimble of chicken and bacon. And trying to figure out the table kiosk to pay the bill is a pain in the butt. Not interested in returning. We're sorry to learn about your experience at this location. We understand your frustration, waiting long and being served unsatisfactory food is not okay. Weâd like to speak with you directly about your visit. We would also love to get in touch with you to earn your business again. Will you give us a call at 1-800-983-4637 so our team can get in touch with you directly? Thanks.

The Fries seasoned but cold, ordered lunch special ...not special....cost 9.99 and it was not good. Two Tacos in regular hard corn shell with Cold fries ....were terrible ( and I know this is not there forte but how about seasoning on hamburger meat) Then there was the Burger 13.26 no seasoning....It wasnât on a homemade bun and the patty was IQF...Wow!!! Very expensive for a lunch. With Calamari one sprite 37.80 But the Staff is very very very nice. I enjoyed leaving the sweet overworked waitress 20%

Whether you're dining-in, ordering online for carryout, or placing a delivery order, the best food can be found here. Our BYOB (Build Your Own) burgers are hand crafted with 100% beef. Seafood? We've got that too. It makes sense, seeing as how the first H
Felt for some wings before watching a college football game and decided to stop in. Karmen was our server and she kept up with our drink refills. Loved the bacon-wrapped wings and smothered chicken sandwich. Atmosphere was quiet till the football games started but the crowd was well behaved. Great hangout spot!

Iâve been coming to this place for over a year now. The food is so incredibly fresh, real farm-to-table quality and taste! Really laid back atmosphere with great tunes. The local and craft brews are on constant rotation and Iâm always trying something new when I come in. The Yard Burger & Brussels are an all time favorite of mine! The owners and staff really love their customers, too. Cheers!

Weâve stopped here several times for drinks but our neighbors urged us to eat here. We Arrived around 6:10. We noticed a sign suggesting happy hour specials and to ask our waitperson. We ask. She had no clue stating they had no drink specials and didnât know what drafts they had or what wine they had. I pointed to the sign, she departed and we had a new waitress. She said this was the former persons first day. The meal wasnât much better with frozen onion rings and less than stellar service. I doubt Iâd try and eat here again. Drinks and atmosphere ok but unfortunately not a place to eat.

Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime rib and our famous chicken tenders, all at a great value.
It's basically Applebees. Similar food. I am not a huge fan of them either, but if you are, you will probably like this place.

Authentic, Southern Bar-B-Q. Meats are slow-smoked for 24 hours around the clock. All trimmings are made fresh from scratch daily (not one freezer in the whole building). Dine In, To Go, Drive Thru, Private Dining, or Catering available.
Have been to Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q quite a few times over the years with friends and family. I must say, this is one restaurant that has never disappointed. Everything I have ever ordered has been pretty much spot-on! They have fresh-made sides which compliments a good variety of salads, meats and desserts. Service and staff are always friendly and helpful! Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

We went on Veterans Day with my two military sons and their little siblings. They all were excited by pizza and hoagies. It always takes a very long time to get your food but this time they brought one pizza for the adults, then 10 minutes later another but the hoagie and the childrenâs food were a good 20 minutes later then everything else. The food was good and the server efficient enough but the kitchen can be chaos. We are sorry for your long wait! We try to be efficient as possible, but sometimes on holidays it can get a bit hectic. We promise to look at our process to try to improve your next visit. We would love to have you back soon!
