Kapara is situated just down the road from Lolas and is a possible alternative when Lolas is crowded, as it so often is. We enjoyed a pleasant enough coffee there one morning but have heard a subsequent story of visitors being overcharged. May visit on our next trip to see how Kapara is progressing.

Ones of the great International restaurants in BeerSheba
this used to be one of our favorite places to go. The food was very good-the service was GREAT and sadly the past two times we went there-all this had changed totally. Food was late-not what we ordered=the second time=we got our food after more than an hour=and when it came it was either cold or not what we had ordered-we are really sad about this.

This place was recommended to us by a friend, who specifically mentioned the falafel. The reviews here were favourable too, so we decided to give it a try. Well, the falafel was indeed good, waiters friendly and efficient and the interior nicely decorated. That's all the good things I have to say. The orders arrived haphazardly, one of the first courses came after the main (which arrived together with another first...). The portions weren't big enough for "home-style restaurant", nor the dishes interesting enough for "fine dining". Also, it lacks this traditional local hospitality, when you get a horde of salads and some sort of bread on the table even before you finish your order. In a place declaring itself "traditional" l'd expect it. However, I guess they've put more effort into the "fusion" parr, by fusing the least attractive sides of tradition and innovation. We won't go there again. I have better falafel right next to my home, for 1/3 of the cost.Hey Luba, thank you for dedicate time to rate us. We think there's confusion in your settings for a traditional home-food restaurant that we are and a grill restaurant that serving free salads. We're not that kind of restaurant. There are a lot of them in Israel. In our restaurant the experience is different.
