We have been here many times over that past 20+ years and the food has always been fantastic. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and there is always a good atmosphere. I had the tandoori saag special this time and it was absolutely delicious and the same can be said for the food our friends had too. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this restaurant.

We don't do many takeaways as I am such a great cook (ha-ha) Been to a sports car meeting at the Reindeer Sturton in a bid to sell our cars, knowing we would arrive back late, we decided on an Indian takeaway. Rang the order through and on the way picked up a good red from Sainsbury's. The order was ready when we arrived. We received compliamentary popadums and salad and five sauces. Nice touch. The crab enrobed in a chapati was wonderful. Lamb chops followed. The mains were methi lamb and Rohan lamb and a rasoon pilau rice. All were extremely well prepared and executed. The service was friendly as wellRecommended.

Visited mid evening, Reasonably busy but restaurant is extremely spacious with lots of comfortable seating,Soon drinks were dispatched & orders taken by friendly polite staff, Starters were excellent piping hot & when devoured we were asked if we would like a rest or would we like our mains to follow, A nice touch!! Again excellent service & the quality of the food matched it & upon the bill being delivered we were pleasantly surprised, Definitely worth a return visit soon!!

I was dining with a very large party of people. We all had to ask for pickle trays/poppadoms whilst we decided what we wanted to eat. Was left quite a while between receiving drinks to our food order being taken. Also my food was quite bland tasting compared to the same dish I have had else wear. Staff pleasant enough but service was lacking and also flavour.Would not return.

Food is amazing here. Itâs the best Indian restaurant in Scunthorpe in my opinion. Good service, clean, tasty and well presented HOT food. Tell them youâre vegan and youâre sorted. I had onion Bhaji, veg pathia (sweet and sour and spicy) yum! Tried my friendâs veg Balti and it was masizng! Had it with Plain boiled rice. I would love for them to have a separate vegan menu, it would make the vegan community very happy!

Bangladeshi and Indian Restaurant
Popped in tonight at a bit of a loose end in Scunny off the back of Trip Advisor reviews.Service was second to none, nice chatty staff and lovely fella front of desk (think was the owner) very sociable and up for a chat.Food was lovely, nice tender chicken with tasty thick sauce with a beautiful pint of Lal Toofan to boot.Couldn't recommend this place higher and fully justifies its ranking amongst the best Indian Restaurants in Scunthorpe. Would definitely return.Little tip : Try to get the Achari on the menu, very popular dish!

Cannot fault my takeaway from Jaaz this weekend. Ordered and paid online (the only thing I think is needed is a text or something giving an approximate time to collect on receipt of the order) and was welcomed by two male members of staff when collecting. Both were super polite. Food was fresh, well-cooked and tasty. Great portion and price, plus you get 10% off when you collect. Highly recommended.

Just left & can't wait to be back! We turned up after looking for somewhere to eat for quite awhile, we originally went to the Indian restaurant in messingham & was turned away & told takeout only. After turning to TripAdvisor, we found this little diamond of a place & so glad we got turned away from the other. We were greeted with warm friendly smiles, all the staff were wonderful & nothing was too much trouble. We had a selection of poppadoms with pickle tray, a mixed platter starter lamb bhuna curry & chicken biryani to follow. A lovely evening all in all & great bar too!THANK YOU GUYS, YOUR DOING A GRAND JOB!!
