The is a great Asian Fusion restaurant. Everything is fresh and well made and the wait staff and owner are very conscientious and caring. We had soups, sushi, salads, entrees and soft drinks and the total bill for four people was a reasonable sum of $120. Plus, all of the food is e exceptionally fresh and tasty. It's a great place that could be a success in Manhattan but it's so nice to find this place out in country. Five stars without a question!

After a long, hot day at school followed by a two hour meeting discussing food! I was tired and hungry. At 8:30 p.m. there was no way I would consider making dinner. I've lived in Sussex County for over 40 years and routinely drive by Fu's on Newton Sparta Road. I had always preferred the elegant Chung Bo. I decided that Wednesday night was their turn. I was pleasantly surprised to have my takeout ready in less than 10 minutes. The beef with broccoli was divine. The wonton soup was delicious although it had less of the other ingredients such as the pork strips and scallions than Chung Bo. The fried noodles were twice as wide and fried to perfection - not greasy at all. The steamed pork dumplings had a hint of horseradish, I believe. The dough for the wrappers was much thicker than Chung Bo's but just as tasty. Overall, I think I liked the flavors from Fu's over Chung Bo's! The menu is quite extensive so there should be something for everyone. They do have a liquor license and offer sushi as well.

This is certainly one of my go to restaurants. I frequent this establishment about once a week, and I always ask for the most traditional of sushi dishes. Whether it be Salmon belly, Yellowtail Belly, Toro, Uni, or Mackerel. The food is always a notch above. If you like the higher end traditional sushi, like that I listed above. You will not be disappointed. If it isn't the best, they wont have it.

It's a small family-run sushi place. The food is excellent and their menu is pretty extensive. They use warm rice for sushi. The service is good. The interior isn't great, it looks rather like a fast food restaurant but their sushi compensates for the lack of ambience.

In Sparta Town square near the post office - also has chinese/thai food
I just visited this restaurant for lunch takeout. I got the sushi lunch special which was any 2 rolls, plus soup and salad. When I arrived home, I saw everything was neatly packaged. The salad dressing was in a separate container and wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent spilling. How considerate! Everything was delicious, including the avocado and sweet potato rolls that I ordered, all for under $10. They also have a small sushi bar you can sit at.

First time at Eastern Garden. 50 minute ride to get there, but it was worth it. Best Chinese food in a 50 mile radius. Menu is huge for sushi and Chinese. Interior is warm, immaculate, welcoming. Service is very efficient, friendly, professional. Portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. Spicy shrimp & scallops in won ton basket was perfect. Vegetables were crisp. Sauce was warm & rich. Sizzling platter of shrimp, scallops, & beef was enough for 2. Hot & sour soup was the best we've ever had. Sushi looked delicious & fresh. Will go back for that. Well done Eastern Garden!

My wife and I had dinner there on a Sunday evening and everything was great. We had brussel sprouts as an appetizer which had really nice flavor. For dinner we had a fried rice dish and drunken noodles. Both had nice spice and flavor. We will definitely go back.

My restaurant is based on meals that are prepared and cooked in a Home style fashion. All soups and sauce are made fresh. Every taste of My food will remind of Good Tasting Home Cooked Meal
Went to Chappy's today for the first time. It is now going to be top on my list for places to go when looking for breakfast or lunch. The food is delicious and extremely reasonably priced. The service was also fantastic. Our waitress was very friendly and answered all our questions. It is great to see someone speak so highly of their place of employment and the various dishes we asked about. Basically everything is from scratch. The corned beef hash is amazing with large chunks of corned beef. The French Toast is made with their homemade bread. We enjoyed everything so much we bought food to bring home for dinner. Chicken salad sandwich with homemade bread was filled with a very tasty blend with lots of chicken. The owner also took time to chat with us which was very nice (we wish him and his wife all the best with their soon-to-arrive special deliveries!). It was truly amazing to find such high quality food and at such affordable prices. We can't wait to return! Just wish they were open at dinner too :)Thank you sooo Much!!! Good news!!!! I open on Saturday nights for Dinner starting February 2nd 2019. Hope to see you!!!
