Our second meal since the new owners have taken over and the food was ready for collection on time and greeted by a friendly welcome on arrival. The food was excellent - Chicken Korma & Korai as good as the days of Saffron and freshly baked Naan still hot from the oven. Great to have good value Indian take away back in Ely.Thank you for lovely comments...itâs boost our confidence & will do continue hard work for our food lovers...Elyspice.

Best take-away Chinese food in Ely. Authentic and varied menu,generous portion size and reasonably priced. Tried many dishes and none have failed to please. Ordered at 9pm from here tonight for my partners birthday meal. Food arrived at 10.40! Called 3 times to ask where our food was and was constantly told it was on the way. In the end I asked for the manager to be told they had problems with the car and that it was on it's way. The food was stone cold when it arrived and half portions! Our curry was half way in the tin with 5 pieces of chicken. Ruined what was suppose to be a celebratory tea for a birthday, my family and I will not be ordering from here again.Really really sorry to hear that . as you know we had delivery problem last night also it was Friday we have received quite large number of delivery in 10 mints so we couldnât cover .However, As you have mentioned our chicken and curry was the half protein i think itâs could be mistake because we never provide any curry 5ps protein .Also massive thanks for ur review we will be aware from the next time .Basmoti

This place didnât look over inviting from the outside but. Inside was very pleasant. The place was warm and friendly the service was good and all the food was good. Overall a nice place to visit. I look forward to returning.

We have a boat on the river Great Ouse so we are always keen to try any eatery in walking distance of moorings. We have walked past the Indian Garden lots of times, don't often try Indian restaurants as I enjoy cooking Indian at home, and you can get too much of a good thing! Anyway, last Thursday we were moored up, fancied a curry and had heard good things. Amazingly, Thursday night is "Littleport Night", they have a special offer, any popadom, starter, main, one side, nan for a fixed price, so in for a penny..... But be warned portions are large! The mixed tandoori starter was a meal in itself, and my chicken was a real struggle ( and delight) to finish. Between us we actually left food, unheard of for us in an Asian restaurant. My dish was excellent, perfectly spiced, wouldn't want it any hotter, (2 chillies on the menu) and the sides were perfect. It's the first time for a long time I have told the waiter that every dish was perfect for us! And you know what, the've actually got some lights on! Its bright, spacious and you can actually see your food. How often have we all sat in curry houses with flock wallpaper, dim "atmospheric" lighting, jangly "ethnic" music and wondered what we were eating! A great find, we will be back ( we live 20 minutes away by road, 2 hours by river!) . Can't fault the service, prompt courteous and discreet. Recommend you try, but do go hungry if you go on a Thursday!Thank you for your great review we glad to hear you enjoyed your meal... indian garden

having recently moved to the area and eaten here a couple of times my grandaughter requested this as the venue for her 8th birthday meal.the food is lovely and there is a great choice, the staff are fantastic,friendly and efficient. lovely ambience, decor and setting.I don't understand anybody complaining about the prices, they are fantastic.that red onion dish that comes with the popadoms is amazing!

Visited here as part of a group of 6 people. From walking through the door we were made to feel genuinely welcome.The food was excellent, as was the service. The waiter that took our order was funny and engaging whilst being extremely professional.After taking our order, he asked if any of us suffered any allergies.Looking forward to our next visit.

Dropped in on our way back home through Ely and what an experience. The inside of the restaurant is very nicely decorated & very clean. The staff very attentive & helpful. As for the food, it is more than excellent. The prices are reasonable with a fixed price menu as well Mon to Thurs. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. If in Ely & you like Thai food, , please try this restaurant , you will not be disappointed
