Great experience! This museum has really nice impressionists collection - Claude Monet, Paul Cezanne, Vincent Van Gogh, Mark Chagall! Separate room is dedicated to Pablo Picasso, which have some of his famous works, for example "Family of acrobats with monkey". This art museum have great old European and Scandinavian masters, including Rubens. On the first and second floor you can find some modern art ! Definitely recommend to all!

Today, the Rohsska Museum mainly collects contemporaneous material and the museum seeks to achieve a dialogue with its users on contemporary phenomena and expression. The Rohsska Museum is located in the city centre of Gothenburg along the main street "the Avenue". It is close to a wide range of shopping, restaurants and cultural activities. Welcome to the Rohsska Museum for Design, Fashion and Decorative Arts.
I enjoyed my stay here. The foundation has its own history that is well worth getting to know in order to understand the collection and probably often the special exhibitions and its background. Personnel was helpful, orientation was clear, the didactics are modern but pleasingly decent. I was happy to have chosen the «Årtsbiljet 2019» that allowed me to visit several museums in Gothenburg at low costs (valid until the end of the year).
