With plenty of free parking and a number of services available at this little mall, this should be a good spot for a quick lunch. The KFC service was fast and friendly, and the facility is very clean, comfortable, and roomy. Typical KFC menu. However, we ordered a late lunch and the food seems to have been sitting around for some time. Most items were lukewarm and soggy. We'll give it another try, because the location and facilities are good, but the food needs to be fresher.

I went to don cherry's in the falls and it was a horrible experience. So I did not expect much. I was pleasantly surprised with the Welland location. The menu had a lot of options including gluten free and vegan. Our server Ken was very pleasant and always making sure everything was OK and refilling our drinks. There was 5 of us and our bill was just over 100.00 with tip great prices and more than enough food we all brought some home. I will definitely go back and I have recommended it to a couple of people and they have gone back a couple times and enjoyed it just as much as I did.

We went there a few times. KFC is reliable. Not the healthiest for you, but if you go there for that, you're a Schlamil. The chicken is great. They have big pop bottles for takeout and the potato salad is really good. Comfort food you can get fast and reliably and the staff is really nice.

The dining room was clean. The food was typical Subway quality - quite good. Service was S-L-O-W! There was only one person working and they took their time with two customers ahead of me. I waited more than 10min to order. I've been here before and it was much better. My overall assessment - inconsistent service.

The food was very good and the views were fantastic. We saw both falls and sat right next to the window. We made our reservation for 8:45 and fireworks started exactly at 10pm.

My husband and I are new to Welland and decided to try this diner for breakfast. We walked in and tried to find a seat/booth where the seats were not riped. Then found out we need to order and pay first before sitting down and grab our drinks from the counter. My husbands bacon was dry and looked like it had been cooked long ago. I had the omelette with toast and home fries. The mushrooms on my omelette were from a can which I didn't eat and my home fires were not fresh and had been made long ago and seemed to be reused. This was our first and last time at this diner. PS we never had waitress come over to table to ask how our meals were or to offer warm up on our coffees.

Took the family across the parking lot from the arena for breakfast. Upon entering you will definitely get hit with a thick greasy cloud. Bring a change of clothes if you're not headed straight home after breakfast, seriously. Standard fare, nothing special. Bacon was very undercooked, gyro meat was bone dry and the gravy is bland and tasteless. Wasn't a fan of this place. They only take CASH (serioulsy, who still carries cash?) but they have an ATM with a convenience fee. Wouldnt recommend or return.
