Things to do in Waterville Valley
Awesome atmosphere with an exclusive mountain side reception, music, and gourmet dinner followed by a night ski down the mountain!I'm so glad you enjoyed Starry Nights! It's one of our favorite events to put on and we love it when our guests have as much fun as we do. Bring some friends when we do them again next year!
We went there a couple of Saturdays ago. THE WORST NACHOS we have ever had along with this the most rubbery chicken wings. The nachos were a bucket of tortilla chips covered in melted cheese wiz, no taste no flavor no originality. The chicken wings were not crisp but rubbery, thank god they were cooked. And to top it off, all over priced...Hi Dave,Sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience at Buckets, though I'm pleased that you did like the atmosphere and the service was good. We'll always continue to improve on the product we provide our guests so all feedback is welcome. Please feel free to contact me if you have any more questions or comments and we do hope to see you again.-Peter Sununu

Pub style Restaurant in the heart of Waterville Valley
We ate here twice during our stay mainly because it was the only pub type place open tthat I could walk to with the grandkids.. With that said, the first night the service was slow and the food was okay. The second night the service was great and food much better so perhaps the cook wasn't around the first night! The prices are high for what you get but to be expected as they have a captive audience. If I stay in the Valley again I would go again hoping the good cook was working.
Enjoy casual dining with incredible mountain views at our golf course restaurant in Waterville Valley. Dine inside or out in our glassed in porch. Open for breakfast and lunch, in season.
We visited the Clubhouse Restaurant for breakfast on the last day of four day stay in Waterville Valley. It was the day before Labor Day weekend and fortunately the restaurant was not crowded. We were greeted by the friendly manager of the restaurant who allowed us to select our table in the screened in dining area which has a nice view overlooking a small pond and several of the holes of the Waterville Valley golf course. My wife, my daughter, and I selected eggs, home fries and toast and I also added sausages to my meal. When the food came we all thought it was very good. Due to the fact that the waitress had the day off the manager also had to take our order and serve our food. He did a fine job at both and was very personable. After the meal we enjoyed chatting with both the manager and the cook . The Clubhouse restaurant also serves lunch and has a bar for post golfing refreashments. We greatly enjoyed our breakfast at the Clubhouse Restaurant and recommend it to others who are staying in the Waterville Valley area.Hi there,Thank you for your kind words! There was a family emergency with the waitress that day and she was not able to make it in. George, our golf pro, stepped in and filled both roles that morning so thank you for your patience and kindness towards him. We hope you return!

Located in the Town Square, across from Old Waterville Pizza
It often isn't easy to find gluten-free and vegan options in a sports bar restaurant. If that's your problem, Legends 1291 is your solution. They have several, varied items on that menu. The servers were wicked friendly and took an interest in chatting with us. The place can be loud, as there are video games and kids galore. It's located in Town Square near the shops and Nordic Center.

My daughter and I came here after a very long hike. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the hibiscus tea. I am addicted to it! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating! The seating area is inviting and relaxing! Our second visit (the next day) was just as amazing. They remembered us as soon as we walked in the door! They even remembered my daughterâs peculiar order!! ... and ordered two more sandwiches to go!
