With so many awesome Mexican restaurants in the area, why in the world would you settle? It has been a couple on months; however, the staff was HORRIBLE when I went - I recognize that the turnover rate in the fast food business is ever changing. I ordered a burrito without sour cream. It came with sour cream. I kid you not, the kid opened the burrito and scraped the sour cream off. I said that I needed one remade, I have an allergy to milk products. How many ways can you say that the kid was irritated with me. Service?
Was thinking about dinner. It was pushing the. Late pm. I knew I I was pressed for time would have to think quickly. With that thought. Zhn watiggddzach

Popped in for breakfast. Service was great. Quirky little place with cowboy movie memorabilia all over which was nice to look at. Pancakes were massive and very fluffy. Eggs cooked to perfection and coffee nice and strong (but not overlypowering so). Service was friendly and efficient.

I have had lunch here quite a few times and every time it is outstanding. Menu has lot of choices. Service is fast and very friendly.

Came here a couple of times on our last visit to Nipomo (Oct.â16) and this place was superb.Sadly not any more...the location obviously remains good and the fries and beer couldnât be faulted, but beyond that...substandard food that tasted like reheated bought in nonsense served by a disinterested waitress. In all honesty youâd get better food three miles down the road at McDonalds or Subway and have a lot more change from $50 too. Sad!

Pros: Attractive dining room. Reasonable prices.Cons: Improve communication between management and serversStar Ratings:- Overall: 4- Food Quality: 3 1/2- Food Quantity: 4- Dining Room Attractiveness: 4- Menu: 3 1/2- Service: 4- Noise: 5- Price: 4- Value: 4- Parking: 4- Ambiance: 4My wife and I moved to Trilogy in late April 2018, but we've had lunch and dinner at Adelina's during periodic visits to the area since 2007. Is it a regular restaurant serving the Central Coast community or just an extension of the Trilogy development with a captive audience of homeowners who receive a 10% discount for their meals. Either way, it's worth a try.- Exterior: Depends. Locals know Adelina's. However, non-residents might not since it's inside the Monarch Club and does not have an exterior sign. The restaurant is toward the right side of the building as you approach from the parking lot.- Dining Room: Interesting. Unlike most places which have fixed boundaries, Adelina's is an open space you can almost walk past without realizing it's a restaurant. There's a bar to the right and tables and booths sectioned off by a curving low slung wall in the middle, but a good portion of the "room" consists of casual seating...the type you might find in a lounge at an airport. I don't recall seeing a sign, but it probably doesn't matter to the vast majority of diners who consider Adelina's their in-house restaurant. Furnishings are contemporary and attractive and the back end opens to a vista of the golf course.- Menu: Recently updated. It's not big, but most people will find something to like. Due to popular demand, more vegetarian/low carb/gluten free items were added starting in the summer of 2018.- Food: Good. During our last 2 meals, we ordered the Asian Ahi Tuna Salad (nice size strips of ahi across a bed of lettuce and vegetables)...tomato bisque soup (nice balance of tomato and cream taste and texture)...garlic fries (not too strong) and a salmon sandwich (big piece of fish). Bread served in a basket with each meal is warm and worthy of reordering. Dipping it into my tomato bisque was a highlight. At a recent meal, we took our 13 year old granddaughter who, like most kids her age, has a finicky appetite. We asked for something simple...pasta and whatever kind of tomato sauce was available. At first, our server said the only pasta was the "Baked Rigatoni with Four Cheese White Sauce" on the menu. When we asked "can she get the rigatoni with tomato sauce", he said "everything is put together before dinner so we can't just use the rigatoni". In the end, she had a plate of spaghetti with a mild tomato sauce.- Wine and Beer List: Reasonable. In keeping with a moderate size food menu, the wine and beer list won't knock you down, but it does have a fair selection representing most categories at reasonable prices. At dinner with our granddaughter, my wife and I had a glass of tasty Le Marka prosecco for $9. - Service: Very good. Servers are young, polite and try to be helpful. Glasses of water and baskets of bread are usually replenished without asking and plates cleared at appropriate times.- Price and Value: Sensible. You'd be tempted to believe prices are high due to an essentially captive audience, but they're actually about the same as in the open market. And, for Trilogy residents, there's that extra 10% discount.- Bathroom: Well kept. Adelina's shares bathroom facilities inside the Monarch Club down the hallway toward the Sandalwood Spa. They are spacious and clean with nice supplies by the large sinks.- Parking: Plentiful in various nearby lots. If there's a special event, you might need to park across the street closer to the Butterfly Preserve.- NOTE: We had an interesting situation at dinner for my wife's birthday in July 2018. Residents get a 25% discount on their birthday dinner, but although I called twice in advance of that day to ensure she received special treatment, nobody seemed to know it...not when we arrived and not during the dinner. The first bill we got didn't even have the 10% discount for residents. The 2nd bill had the 10% discount, but not the 25% discount for a birthday. I spoke with the Restaurant Manager, Noe Vasquez, who presented a 3rd bill with 25% off on her entree. That night, I sent an e-mail to the General Manager, Chris Aldieri, who promptly arranged a complimentary dinner for us at a table by the golf course window. It was very nice, although I should mention the server...who was fine in all other aspects...presented us with a regular bill. The Assistant Restaurant Manager, Jonathan Minor, quickly corrected that oversight.

They went all out setting up the back patio for a midmorning birthday celebration with members of my bike group of 30+ riders. We pre ordered delicious freshly made muffins and the were ready to be served when we arrived. Saw this restaurant on Food Paradise. I had to visit while in the area. Met the owners and had a really good linch. Their tri tip is excellent. We tried the tacos, enchiladas and Santa Maria fries( there is enough for 3). Iâd definitely go back, I want to try the pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches.

Was in the Santa Maria area and wanted to taste the Santa Maria BBQ meat. This was one of the places recommended. Got to the restaurant around 6:30 on a Tuesday night. The parking area was packed. Lots of people there. Went to get a table and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour, but could get a seat at the bar. Ok. got a seat at the bar and after recommendattion from bartender, orderd a sliced top sirloin sandwich. Got a nice sized salad with homemade bluecheese dressing which was ok. Then the sandwich arrived with a side of beans. The sandwich itself was a tiny cut roll with some sliced meat inside...maybe 4 pieces of some kind of meat.....which was the toughist meat I have tried to eat in a long time... No way could I eat this stuff. My wife ordered a french dip sandwich...The meat on this was just a bit better than what I got. The aujus was just some brown water with no taste. Perhaps the steaks are better...but at $30 a piece....I 'll pass on this and do my own at home.
