Whether one is in the mood for reliably good burgers, bone-in or boneless wings, chicken wraps or salads, this is a welcomed family-friendly, sit-down sports bar addition in New Castle, IN. Our family has eaten here several times since opening in 2014, and the food has been flavorful and a decent value for the buck. Service has been somewhat off and on depending on how busy they've been on a particular visit and the number plus level of training of staff on hand. On our latest visit in late-February, 2015, both were fine, and thus, deserving of a double thumbs up. My southwest chicken wrap was delicious, while our kids' boneless honey BBQ wings were a winner. Granddaughter had the kids mac n' cheese that is always a safe bet for the younger set.
Arby's is a leading global quick-service restaurant company operating and franchising over 3,400 restaurants worldwide. Arby's was the first nationally franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving fresh, craveable meals since it opened i
I LOVE Arby's and its employees. But, sometimes, the food isn't as good as I had hoped. The bread used for the beef short rib sandwich is one example of this. The meat and other "stuffings" were good, but the Texas toast in which it was enveloped was so dry and, occasionally, hard to chew. So, I will not be buying this sandwich again, preferring others instead. The beef brisket was delicious last time it was "in season".
I ordered a couple of burgers, as well as a chicken sandwich. At 4 the sides we chose a few different types of fries. The burgers were very very good, the chicken sandwich was reported to be good. The only thing that I would change I wish that the fries were a little more done and crispier. There was no one there at the time, and it took over 20 minutes to get our older which seemed a little long but overall the food was good. I would go again just be more prepared for a wait.

Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes. For over 85 years, the company's name has been symbolic of its heritage. The word "steak" stood for
I have been to quite a few different Steak N Shakes in recent years & this is one of the better ones. I love their steak burgers and usually eat there for business at lunch time. Parking is good but can be crowded on Fridays and evenings plus weekends too. Service is usually fine but I got ripped off last time when they did not honor my coupon for $1 off of lunch....they said they did, but 2 days later....I went to a different Steak N Shake in Ohio and used the identical coupon and my identical meal was $1 lower than it was at the New Castle, Indiana Steak N Shake. I will carefully watch things when I eat at that particular Steak N Shake in New Castle from now on when I use a coupon. I gave this eatery 3 stars.
Choose your own generic toppings, meats, cheeses, and bread. Watch your sandwich being assembled as if on an assembly line. Plunk down your money and go! The Sub of the Day promotion is nice, but Mancino's and Pizza King both have better tasting sandwiches. The employees at this location are very friendly, though.

Pleasant experience for our group of 6. Seated quickly. Food came out nice and hot. Waitress always available when needed. Food was good (a little salty on most dishes) and enjoyable.

We got a couple chicken dinners for takeout. The chicken had too much grease and just tasted like a plain flour batter. Some was fresh some was either old or overcooked. Green beans, mashed potates/gravy were very good. Cole slaw too sweet for my taste. All comes down to personal preference and I think I'll stick with KFC.

We stopped here after seeing the Indiana Basketball Hall Of Fame Museum for a quick lunch. What is impressive is the breadth of the menu items available. You can order any breakfast item during the day, or simply select a delicious luncheon entre'. The service was great and the prices are very reasonable. Stop here the next time you are in New Castle, Indiana.

We came here for breakfast with my extended family. This was the third restaurant we'd been to for breakfast this week, so I was ready to see how this place measured up to the others. Honestly, I wasn't impressed. My aunt said the pancakes were better than the ones at Stack's down the road and she liked that they had silver-dollar pancakes, but I wouldn't know because Park Place doesn't serve gluten-free pancakes and Stack's does, so that's a negative for me. The omelet I had was ok, but they used sliced American cheese and I just don't care for that, I prefer shredded cheese. The potatoes were good, bacon was a bit too crunchy for my liking but at least it wasn't paper thin like Steak and Shake's. I guess I would come here again if the rest of my family wanted to, but it's not somewhere I would choose to go on my own.
