We had an amazing experience in Plaza Premium Lounge in Taipei Taoyuan Airport. We actually had a challenge in finding the location at first, due to the airport's layout/lack of map or guide but once we were at the lounge, we were very happy. The ambiance was cosy and quiet, with enough comfy seating for a more relaxed wait for your flight. The food was also better than typical airport options and regularly replenished. There were also varied options for drinks. I really enjoyed the experience and this has inspired me to look into their other airport lounges whenever I am traveling.

We always come here when laying over in Taipei. Great lounge with good food, lots of seats, strong WiFi and showers and sleeping rooms.

Located on the 4th floor of Terminal 2 Zone A1 in the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, the design of the lounge is inspired by iconic Taiwanese landmarks. Travellers are welcome to enjoy made-to-order dishes freshly prepared by our chef along with great selection of light food and beverages. Complimentary Wi-Fi access, newspaper and magazines are also available while awaiting your flight.
I stayed for 6 hours and with a private room, I paid $83. I was in Room 20 which is the corner room on the right side as you walk in to the hallway past the 2 bathrooms. There are 2 lounges on the 4th floor, the other one that's close to the restaurants has no private room and it closes at 10PM. Go to the one that's further out next to China Airlines and it's 24 hours with private rooms. They provide toothbrush and tooth paste, towels and shampoo and shower gel. There's a small selection of 24 hour buffet. You can also order a limited number of hot meals such as beef noodle soup, small slices of chicken breast with rice. There are also a variety of drinks, bread fruits and dessert. Clean and reasonably quiet. I love the private room for privacy and if you want to just leave your bags and go shopping or simply to rest. They also have a wake up call where they will knock at your door! Without the private room, the cost is $66 for 6 hours for walk ins. . If you book on line, 6 hours without private room is $52, but you cannot book the private room on line. So if you have a long layover, go for the private room and you can book as walk in customer. Worth every penny!

There are several aircraft models hanged from the ceiling along with a good view over the airport. In addition, the basic information about airplanes is very clear and concise. A display at the center shows flights' detail.
