A fantastic gastronomic experience on top of being able to try Baigorriâs top wines, some of the best I have tasted from the Rioja region. We booked a tasting menu with wine paring which followed a tour of the bodega, a very impressive building, which along with the Calatrava and Gehry creations nearby, form the architectural triangle well worth seeing. An unforgettable experience.Thank you very much for your visit and for your recommendation on TripAdvisor. We are very happy that you have enjoyed our architecture, BAIGORRI wine, and our gastronomy!.We hope you come back soon.Best regards,BAIGORRI staff.

Great little wine bar in Viura, a great place to try local wines (from one of the 43 town wineries) and have a pre dinner drink. We went twice and had both Nicolas and Xavier help us: friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming....a shame we are leaving the area and can't go back a third time.

A Laguardia local recommended Luis Alegre to us. We tried to get in on the Saturday but it was totally booked so went on the Sunday and arrived early. Fabulous service as we were the first to arrive. We had the 60E "Portiles menu", which seems expensive until you realise it comes with two bottles of amazing wine. It was a meal of anticipation as we went from starters through a really interesting chorizo-potato mousse type dish followed by a not-too salty and beautifully presented bacalao salad. The foie gras was exquisite served with a really interesting rosemary and apple puree. Next came the boletus soup which was poured over croutons at our table. I love mushroom soup and this was one of the best. The hake was served with a nutty sauce which lent it a superb texture, followed by a very tender steak. Pretty much full at this stage we both had the roasted salted pineapple with cardamon ice-cream to end. Delicious. What a find. One of the best meals we've had in Spain. Would definitely recommend booking this restaurant and taking a 10 minute walk down the hill from Laguardia, although the restaurant does have parking.

Nice place that got an award for reconstruction. Medieval walls and rooms are a trip to see. Should not be missed. Food is OK but nothing much different from about 20 other places in town. However not too expensive. Offered wines were OK, but not top. I would say OK for lunch but keep expectations on food moderate.

The Villa-Lucia Wine Theme Centre is a multi-function space in a recreational estate of the historical spanish character of fabulist Felix Mª Samaniego of 10,000 m2, located in the town of Laguardia, in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa region, 10 minutes fr
Very good and varied menu, with a lot of vegetables from own and surrounding gardens. Lamb and young pork "cochinillo" were great, same for fish and meat dishes. House desserts are great. List of wines is long and at low to reasonable prices. All supported by a great and friendly service. A great restaurant option when visiting LaGuardiaThank you very much for choosing Villa-LucÃa to realize your lunch. His words encourage us to continue betting for the local, sustainable and tasty products. I will pass on your appreciation to all our team and to the suppliers of our local food. Thank you very much for his opinion and we hope that you return to visit us in future occasions that you come to our region.

Mouthwatering cuisine from local fresh produce . The restaurant is located in the exclusive setting of the 15th century wine cellars of the palace of the Duke of Najera. Food, Wine and History create a truly unique experience to enjoy any day of the week.
We liked the ambience of the restaurant a lot due to the unique mixture of old, but renovated building structure and the modern furniture style. And this was topped by the very friendly, professional and customer orientated waitress. One of us had started with an excellent Salat with goat cheese, and an almost rare cooked T-bone steak. The meat was nonetheless tender full of a wonderful taste. The other one had a regular mixed salad not on the menu with pork. Those was delicious. That altogether with the dessert and the Crianza local Rioja wine emade it a unique experience. Really lovely chatting with you guys. I'm really glad you had a great time and I hope you enjoy the rest of your trip. Say hi to your brother for me. All the best
