Employees were not welcoming, charismatic nor very caring. I suggest they get trained in customer service. The parking was chaotic. I rode the new Toro Bike and my tire went off the trail. I know accidents happen but the employe took his time in coming to rescue me. He didn’t talk me through it. He didn’t even ask me how I was. There was no professionalism in attending the situation. I knew I wasn’t going to fall because I was secured to the wire, but It was horrible trying to balance on the bicycle. Plus, afterwards no one apologized or anything. It was as if it hadn’t happened and nobody cared. Horrible experience, I just wanted to get out of there and had to wait more than 15 minutes for the company pick up to come and rescue me.

This was by far the most enjoyable and well worth it thing we did on our vacation. It’s an all day event with plenty to do and great food spots. Definitely would recommend you do this on your vacation.

Really had a wonderful time!!! I was nervous at first because I didn’t think the Toro Verde trip was actually going to happen due to no communication regarding the meet up location until the very night before (9pm). Transportation was great. You will be joining others on the trip, and have to wait for everyone to be done with their activities in order to go home. Toro Verde itself, was a blast!! Would definitely do it again and recommend it.
