Lots of ski trails. everyone working there was real friendly. A large number of lifts. There is something for everyone. There are several lodges around the area. Prices are reasonable for a resort. There is plenty of lodging and plenty of parking. We stayed at the Inn. A lift or the back door and a private ski locker with a pool and hot tub

The largest state park in New York that offers hiking trails and camping.
We have been visiting this park for years. I visited with my parents and now bring my daughter. This park has so much to offer!! We have camped here in our camper and also rent cabins...we have been swimming/bike riding on the beautiful bike trail/hiking/rock climbing at Thunder Rocks/visited the Stone Tower/cross-country skied/celebrated birthdays...so much to do here! My favorite time to visit is in the fall when the leaves have turned.

Loved every minute of it, even though there were some tense moments. The park has extensive courses for varying skill levels. The high ropes courses and zip lines are challenging and very fun to conquer - to feel the satisfaction of it. The mountain coaster is a wonderful cool down activity and good for people who cannot do high ropes. The price is reasonable considering what we have paid elsewhere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We did not do the tree wall climbs. We were just too tired. There was so much to do that we are talking about coming back for two days next time. I think this is way better than an amusement park.

Truly a very nice casino which sits right off the highway. Lively Saturday night crowd and a lot of slots. Only wish they had a larger non-smoking area. We enjoyed live music. Restaurants right upstairs, covered parking lot at the back, connected to a first class hotel. Décor is better than most casinos we've visited. Friendly employees and clean restrooms. We'll be back soon!

Not the prettiest bar and grill around but rather an old meaning " old fashion " road side bar/pub located right on route 219 heading north just up the road and on the way to Holiday Valley Skiing and Ellicottville. Nice little food menu with easy bar seating. They make great burgers and their clam strips are not just fresh but huge as well and served up at a very reasonable price. Good selection of bottled beer again at reasonable rates. This spot is well worth the little extra drive with friends or family.

My family and I visited here at the beginning of May. The museum is amazing, with all of its history of the Seneca people. The displays are set up depicting each and every era of their being. The information is well put together and tells a great story.
Out of respect for the Seneca people, I have only posted photos of the gift shop, not of any display within the museum. This is a must visit when you are In Allegheny, New York.

We had a great one-hour horse ride through the hills...got to see chipmonks & deer chilling in the woods...so beautiful! Holly was a wonderful guide along with her assistant, Sara, who came along for the ride. Definitely would recommend, but make advance reservations; surprised we were charged additional $10 each for a last-minute reservation. We called to check availability after we were referred to them by our lodging host, Dolly said she'd check availability and call back. When she called back to confirm she had guide and I confirmed pricing, she told me because it was last minute, it would be an additional $10 each. Check their website for details.
