This was an absolute amazing experience being our very 1st time. The instructors Tim & Allen were awesome! Such encouragement, through the entire experience. Loved the family business atmosphere Sand Creek adventures has created to make this experience safe, & super fun!! Thank you, thank you!!

Next Chapter Winery is a family-owned boutique winery sustainably crafting barrel-aged wine in rural Minnesota. Host your special event or enjoy a wine tasting and meal at The Next Chapter Winery, where a romantic six-acre vineyard, patio deck overlooking a water fountain, rustic red barn, gravel parking lot, and a foliage-enclosed driveway lend an aura of serenity and elegance to any occasion. With our unique barrel room and chandelier-lit event tent, we love to host weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, holiday gatherings, and much more. Open year round, we look forward to serving you wine and food during the hot months of summer and the chill of winter!
Next Chapter has existed just three years, but they’ve got everything figured out nicely! This is your next winery to visit, and here’s why:
1. Wine tastings are reasonably-priced and flexible (you get to choose)! We liked that you get a clean glass for every tasting -- none of this pour-the-next (& the next) into-the-same-glass stuff. And the wines were excellent!
2. Service was exceedingly friendly and welcoming; we felt right at home. The tasting area has a warm, cozy feel and it's roomy and attractively decorated.
3. Also beyond our expectations was a decent-sized menu of food offerings - we thought the spinach dip on toasty bread was an excellent complement to our wine choices.
4. The grounds are pleasant & scenic; and we were even invited to walk through the vines and personally taste a few grapes - delicious! (This is harvest time).
Bottle prices aren’t cheap here, but there are specials - watch for those. Note that most wines are blends and not all wines are made from grapes grown on-site (that takes a few more years to accomplish).
Bonus: this seems to be a grand outdoor space for a small wedding - we’re pleased with the prices and flexibility offered for their wedding packages (one in our party recently got engaged) - but note that it has become a very popular venue for nuptials - they are booking into 2019 already.
This is the first 5-star review I’ve given to a winery - don’t miss it! So glad we happened upon it.

Stopped in with some friends to check out this small town brewery. We very impressed. Friendly informative service. Wood fired pizza and/or a food truck available on different occasions. It was crowded on a Sunday afternoon showing us where the locals hang out. We tried a couple different flights and thought the beer was very good.

Deals abound for this golf course, and for good reason, it's very basic in layout, condition, and challenge. Multiple tee boxes depending on your distance. The tee boxes were for the most part pretty level but a little spotty and bushy in places. Fairways were in good condition. Rough was rather wispy but too difficult to hit out of. Greens were decent and rolled consistently, though a bit on the slow side. If you have not played here before there are a lot of blind shots. Marsh land abounds on the back 9. Yardages from tee boxes to marsh areas would have been helpful. Holes 12 and 14 are bizarre, to say the least. Nice clubhouse facility (old barn) and basic food and drink selections. If price is your guiding force, give it a try.

Jim’s Apple Farm is family owned and operated. The family has lived and conducted business in Scott County dating back to the 1930’s. The retail site at 20430 Johnson Memorial Drive is supported by apple orchards and produce fields in Jordan and Belle Plaine. Jim’s Apple Farm is a family business that has been operating at its current location for 39 years. We are a seasonal business, open Mid-May through November, focusing on candy, apples, fall produce, baked goods, jigsaw puzzles and gift shop items. In addition to our own products, we offer many others that are raised or made locally by our neighbors. Phone Number Not Working.
Polka music, delicious pie, candy and abo it 20,000 kinds of root beer. Not to mention all the fun things to look at for the kids. What more can you ask for? It gets better each year.

I am actually shocked that nobody has posted anything about this place yet. Great beer. Nice little place with a garage door side for nice weather. Nice set up inside, plenty of tables. These guys know how to make beer. Good stuff. If you like good tasting craft beer, put this place on your visit list. Good stuff. Well done guys.
tripadvisor, you need to add a Taproom category.

A cozy little market downtown with everything you need to eat healthy and fresh! You have to be a member to enter the market most days, but they are open a few hours a day a couple days a week so you can stop in and try it out. You will not be disappointed, stop in and give this place a try!

The Ridges has a wonderful Sunday Brunch with plenty of choices. A beautiful place with a gorgeous view out the windows overlooking the golf course. I've been there many times and never have been disappointed. Wedding receptions, funeral brunch, showers, fund raisers with dinners and silent auction....they can accommodate anything with ease!
