It was raining the day we were there so we didn’t do all the outside stuff. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were great! The show in the theater in the round barn was very entertaining. The performers did a great job! The fudge at the fudge shop was great so was ice cream. I would definitely recommend a trip here????

Originally the factory for Coppes Kitchen Cabinets that once produced the famous “Hoosier Cabinet,” the 100,000 s.f. renovated factory now houses a variety of small businesses perfect for shopping for locally made, handcrafted and freshly baked items. Get a glimpse of the fascinating history into the Coppes Kitchens, once ordered by Frank Sinatra and President John F. Kennedy, while shopping this rustic and rambling brick structure. Watch and taste creative ice-cream concoctions come to life using liquid nitrogen, taste and buy made-from-scratch baked goods, cheeses, soft pretzels, gourmet popcorn and bulk foods or look for a good book in the Christian Book Store. An 8,000 sq ft antique mall is the place to find your next vintage treasure, and the Artisan Market offers handmade items made by local talent! That’s just a sample of what’s in store – inside Coppes Commons.
Historic building that now houses a small Coppes Cabinet Museum (free & interesting)...these cabinets were so popular that other companies began producing them & the were/are collectively referred to as "Hoosier Cabinets". There are a lot of antiques for sale in various booths, an ice cream shop & sandwich shop. But the most amazing of all was the hand-woven rug shop!!! This lady (Lera Rodes) has 2 amazing looms that were custom-built to her specifications (1 of them holds around 750 spools of thread!). She purchases left-over material & trim from the many RV manufacturers in the area, which she & her daughter then hand-weave into the most AMAZING rugs! And her prices are great. I purchased 3 rugs...1 for a bathroom & 2 long runners for my kitchen. When my friend saw them, she immediately called & purchased 2 rugs for herself, to be mailed. No 2 rugs are exactly alike. They also weave placemats, hotpads & purses/bags. Everything is of very high quality. A couple of ladies who work at Coppes Commons told me they have purchased several rugs & that they wash & wear very well & they have been very pleased with them. I really don't think you can go wrong by purchasing a rug here!

Built in 1874, this 80-acre farm of three generations of the Amish is now open to the public for tours.
My wife found the place on line and they had a special for $99.00 per person you received a one night stay in there motel with a free continental breakfast, a wagon tour of the grounds and house with a pleasant guide, a buggy ride and a free family style dinner for each of us in the amish restaurant. There was more food than we could eat and they would bring you more, also you could get some free wine tasting at your table with dinner. The home made bread was amazing. Great bakery, cheese and meat shop also. Very friendly people everywhere we went.
